NK, often left hand and right hand situation in hospital mate, firmly convinced they always do their best but not always joined up thinking sometimes with different doctors with different specalitiys and focuses. Soon be Thursday though so stay positive and try not to worry, i know thats easier to say but your made tough from up North. Nicer to be out though im sure.

George. i know HL keep customers funds in a separate pot "ring fenced" from their own company assets, so if HL go bottoms up your money isnt affected. Id expect that the usual banking rules would apply to that ring fenced pot, so you'd have protection for (i think its currently) £85k. Thats how i see the situation but worth double checking.

george. think we've all been bitten in the same way over the years, i know HL have done the same to me in the past but not no more. They are crooked realy the way they behave, hope you get something positive back from them.

george. unless i realy realy have to i dont use stops/limit orders, id prefer to watch the screen and press the button. I just dont trust the brokers who can see all these numbers to do the right thing cos they very often havent for me in the past. i see it as playing poker but disclosing part of your hand when you dont have too.
