Whether or not someone received a reply from the CEO to an email, what is so irksome on these boards is the total lack or regard for whether anyrhing is true and / or thar others are dumb.
.
Gdpr relates to the **processing of personal data**
https://gdpr-info.eu/
One may want uo keep an email from the CEO private (not the same as gdpr) but does anyone think thar a CEO would put anything in an email to an investor (whether personal or not) that is kit on the public domain. The answer is no.
Because otherwise it may be liable to accusation of insider trading / never mind that a CEO would not share proprietary company info with a private investor.
If there is an email that’s positive — since it’s obvious where the company is going — the recipient can confidently say, “ see, I told you so.” So no harm done this time.
Bit what’s more insidious is when these claims are later proven — by a tanking share price etc - to have blatantly been a lie.
Most people on these boards need to get a grip on ethics. If not the concept of truthfulness (and no, it’s got all love and lying just in the war of making money).
