The arrangement was for an initial six-month period, now passed without any update. Not good.

The deal was that the $100M investor would have an option to put money into development opportunities linked to non-op projects - but crucially only after Zephyr had made the primary acquisition (ie totally paid for it). That has happened the once and the third party is now paying to brings wells on line, albeit mainly for their own benefit. However - and it’s a big however - as ZPHR now has no money to acquire further non-op ‘opportunities’ the investor has nothing else to invest in. Hilarious ‘deal’really.

It’s definitely taking a good while to get production from 36-2, but I remain convinced the $7.5M investor won’t be taking any crap as to when they see a return on their investment - one way or another! I’m sure they remain involved on the basis ZPHR would otherwise be obliged to inform shareholders immediately. Don’t forget, some of that investment cash was to cover 50% of infrastructure costs linked to production.

The recently acquired non-op assets were forecast to bring in $4M in the 12 months. However, pog is up and all non-ops are bringing in better earnings - yet we still need to borrow another piddling $2M. Don’t understand that.

We'll see, we're all grasping at straws. But I say Zephyr will start production from 36-2 before there's any sign of a sale or JV.

If investors should be looking 30 years ahead, tits strange that there's an awful lot of complaining on here when they haven't done something major in a few months. ..

I think that just refers to the drilling opportunities that came with the asset recently acquired by Zephyr - over and above the 13 pre-drilled ones now being completed by Mr 100m. I don’t think the deal applied to any previous holdings (also don’t think we gained any operator rights on previous non-op interests).
