Ultimately good news30 Jan 2007 11:54
The release finally appeared on my screen. Have not been able to get my upgrade working yet, there's an issue with the Java version and my broker is supposed to call me to get it sorted. Roll on that as I'll get releases as they come out, plus level 2 data. Whoopee.
Anyway, this could have dragged on for months so has to be good news for AKI. With the loan in place they were safe for a while, and now they can resume CaReS treatment. The release from November read:
Orthopaedics company Arthro Kinetics PLC warned of a significant impact on the its revenues for the remainder of 2006 and 2007 due to the impact of German regulation for cell and tissue procurement on its biologic product CaReS in Germany.
This means that the reduction in trading in their biggest market lasted only a couple of months, although no doubt it will take longer until all of the relevant German hospitals have authorisation to resume CaReS.
Probably a bit early to risk buying yet, but has the makings of a potential recovery stock.
