The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I think the RNS explains a lot...(1) why SD hasn't previously bought in, (2) why the SP has drifted in recent weeks, in spite of some decent news updates, (3) why GH got out when he did!...on a positive note, (1) at least the offer price is only a discount of 10%, (2) the shares being issued as a percentage of the shares currently in issue, do represent too much of a dilution, and (3) the number of shares being placed, and the level of the offer price, will probably mean that the offer will be fully subscribed.

@Aquakidd, you are right to an extent, and that is that the AGM per se, will do nothing to improve the SP, unless of course an updated MRE with a significant increase in the 4.2m oz, is announced at the same time. I believe that the content of the next MRE is the key to an increase in the SP, not necessarily updates on drilling progress etc, or other matters of detail
Hi Tom......Thanks for posting that, I could open it and thought that it was a good read and pretty positive. Obviously what would help the SP, IMO would be an updated (and increased) MRE and then Brokers' re-rate on top of that.
It might therefore be interesting to see where we are by the year end.

BT...........I don't know who you are or what you are about.
You are apparently not invested in ITV, and claim to be invested in MKS. You are a prolific poster here, in a share in which you are not invested, and have NEVER posted on the MKS Board - all very strange, as indeed you clearly are.
Why don't you take yourself off somewhere else, or is your agenda to disrupt this board, and troll its members?
