The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'm a long term holder and very happy with the recent rerate and the gold price. I hold 3 million shares. Being greedy, wish I obtained more at 2 pence but decided to diversify. But still very happy I have held onto these golden gems.
Does anyone care to put a valuation range on the Abra tenement? I'm sure this will depend on the drilling results but any guesses on how much gold there might be. I dont know the size of the mining area and very little detail on this area.
Darren Bowdens recent video was very professional and I am sure investors have jumped on the MTL bandwagon when they heard how much he wishes to grow the company, and with good reason.
We are finally seeing some price action the last few days. I think we could now see a steady rise above 3 pence relatively quickly (5-10percent a day). Did my last top just below 2 pence with a 1.5 pence average. Hold your hats gentleman (shares) and I would not sell a bean until share dividends are being paid next year. You can be sure the price will be a lot higher with a minimum of 3 years gold left to mine and further mine expansion highly likely. LTH's are finally seeing some reward after a long road. GLA
????
What price do people think this will get to pre spud?
For MOU-1 it reached 16 pence, although we have had a few placings since but the prospects and anticipation of this drill it seems a higher profile. Unfortunately I am going to have to take some risk off the table but glad of my buy in price.
Thoughts appreciated.
Dave
What are peoples opinion of the latest update. This is a real slow burner.
I just hope there is some gold left when the debt finally gets paid. When does the gold run out?
Still keeping mine in the bottom draw.
Lets have a crack at £2 in 2023.
I dont wish to sell my shares until production in 2 years time/2024.
I hope this will be 2.5 pence after the first or 2nd quarter production figures.
Any estimates?
Had to sell 20k to put in my isa. Sold at 21p.hopefully buy in a similar price in 2 days.
Im in for 28K.
Probably my biggest ever investment as a P. I. This makes up 25 percent of my portfolio.
I know if we dont get a JV or funding I may lose the lot.
If we get a JV or funding. How long will construction take?
I know there will be a rerate on feasibility study and a very big rerate on JV. But I think the true rerate will occur on our first quarterly production numbers and pple realise how profitable lithium mining is.
But then if we dont get a JV or funding ive probly lost the lot. Isnt investing fun? Haha
If gold hangs around these prices we should have positive free cash flow of close to 15million dollars for the quarter. If gold increases up to 2200 dollars or 2300 dollars an ounce as it may in the near term, we could have close to 20million in positive free cash flow for one quarter. That will be some serious debt repayment. I see none of the gold producers have gone up great sums but I'm the sure the market will catch up eventually, even with MTL. GLA
How was the presentation Gents? Anything new?
Sadly not able to attend.
Looks like the share price is responding positively. That or 1900 dollar gold. Gla
Firefinch market cap is £800 million. Our msrket cap is £50 million. Firefinch lithium mine is much smaller than ours (approx t00 kilotnnes to our 2000+kilotonnes). Although they already have a deal with Ganfeng. What will our market cap be when we get a deal?
8p paid ??.
I wonder if this time next year we will be saying 80pence paid. Or in 2023 £8 paid.
Enough for a very early retirement!

Can someone remind me if I'm correct? The hundred dollar increase in gold price the last month should result to in extra 8Million dollars in the coffers to pay of the debt annually? Just imagine if the gold price starts going nuts as a result of the worlds problems. Things could start looking very rosy for MTL, especially once this higher rate of interest is gone. GLA.
I managed to top up on opening bell with 2 x2K purchases at 8 pence.
Hopefully the best decision I have made for a while! Interesting to sees todays action.
Free cash flow over 11 million dollars for the quarter (5.5 million Q2) and 7 million paid off in debt. Good results.
Almost 20000 ounces in the third quarter. That was a nice suprise and looks like a great result for a monday morning.
The senior debt facility was 72million dollars with original debt upon restructure of approx 137 million. So we have paid off approx 27 million dollars plus interest in one year. I guess most were hoping for more. Another 45 million by my calculation before interest drops to 7 percent from 15 percent. I'm hopeful by the end of 2022. But If Carlsberg did loan sharks, the candy brothers would be at the top of the list.
A bit disappointing to say the least, Free cash flow only 5.5 million for the quarter.
Reduction in net debt of 2.7 million leaving 110 million outstanding.
I believe people's pay back prediction date to be way off.
I'm sure we are all hoping for positive results tomorrow. If we do I imagine we will see a short spike in share price followed by a lull again as the short term traders are in for a quick buck. Surprised we didn't see any action today.
Just out of interest , what date will the higher rate of interest be paid at 15 percent, are we expecting that early next year? I imagine more people will be involved when the higher rate has been paid off and our profits can be truely brought to light. I am trying not to look at the share price and just the quarterly reports but old habits die hard. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
