I bought my first ULVR shares today at 4260 so hoping today is the start of good things to come...

It’s probably no coincidence that people who talk negatively about this share are usually not invested at the time of their comments... Then you find out that they’ve sold for a “huge profit” but are looking to get back in if the SP drops!

People might believe their negative comments have a hidden agenda!

Director and PDMR dealing

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces that the Company has received notification that the directors and persons closely associated with them, as listed below, have purchased shares in Amigo Holdings PLC ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

We need some director buys...!

A little disappointing to finish only a tiny bit higher but not overly surprised.

The results were about what we were expecting albeit good to get the clarification that the £159m provision covers anicipated future complaints as well. Positive news re new products/markets and listening to the webcast I think they are genuinely excited about the future.

What needs to happen now is an RNS telling us that directors have all bought significant numbers of shares so they have skin in the game and I don’t mean a measly 500k shares. Then confirmation that the credit facility has been extended/renewed. Then finally confirmation that they have agreed processes in place to restart lending.

Looking forward to each of those as SP should jump 20-30% on each and then even more when lending recommences. I think this could easily get to £1+ over the next 18 months.

Another 500,000 buy just gone through to add to these...
