Agreed but I just get a feeling that when DP starts issuing more tweets that news follows reasonably quickly thereafter.

With a new Twitter post coming each day in the last week it feels like DP is sending a message that we will be getting some news shortly.

And subject to success with those drills that’s when there should be a Tsunami of free cashflow which then will really open up options for turning the company into a huge entity. At which point Shell will look to write their cheque.

The story is only starting at this point and they have barely gotten into second gear. The trick here is to try and hold on after doubling or trebling your money and achieve that legendary ten bagger which is available if the next few drills come good.

Oddity enough if this goes to court at Eqtec win this will be the cheapest marketing campaign for “The Superiority of Eqtech’s Gasification Technology” that you could ever hope to get.

Also it’s interesting seeing that Aries have in recent years been refinanced by a private equity fund. I wonder if they have got bored with the slow progress at Aries and the legal action is seen as a second string to monetise their investment? They wouldn’t be the first Private equity fund to do this.

Spotted also that EQT don’t have any interest in the project development which is where I think the huge uplift in capital value will be delivered. Owning 10% of a project that has an embedded capital value of £200m and getting paid for your services along the way is where this will move from a simple technology play into technology and “Property Based” capital with an agreed fixed 25 year profit stream.

The threat of a counter claim may have been there to frighten any “No win no fee” lawyers who hate the idea that they might actually loose hard cash.

Whilst theSe carpet bagger lawyers claim that they loose money on unsuccessful cases the numbers are In truth highly inflated as they generally account for charge out costs at four or times the real costs.

Counterclaims actually cost real money and time.

It’s an ugly form of ballet as one lawyer I know described it.

Often you file at the last moment to increase the pressure on the defence by shortening their time to think about it.

On the other side it could be that Aries was taking a flyer and did not want to pay for lawyers to put together a claim until they knew how serious Eqtec might be re their response which was to hire top flight lawyers and threaten to counter sue.

So we won’t know what’s up until the court date and even then given the Covid issue they could probably drag this on with court extensions.

The only thing that is known for certain is that the process is slow and it’s going to cost EQT but probably not Aries who may be on a no win no fee basis but those lawyers don’t generally want to go to court.

Sadly I have some experience in this area! And being in the right isn’t always enough! “Justice” in North America takes on a local aspect unless you have very deep pockets.

Agreed. On my buying some at 0.2p but also at .072p, 0.51p a couple of times so averaged around 0.40p.

The early purchase might seem like a great buy but in truth it was unfounded and came with a lot of issues that DP has since fixed. Your purchase recently at 51.9p was a much “Smarter buy” as the company has been cleaned up, got rid of non core assets at a profit, been significantly refinanced announced a first Greek deal, acquired Deeside and are doing something in Hull!

Boy I wish I could buy more! Anyway we will all be smiling when this hits a £500m market cap!

Yep it’s up against last week but still a bit below the price before the placing.

But this week they had a decent contract win plus more in the pipeline from Greece plus the stock must be nearly cash flow neutral and profitable now this feels like more of a bargain at 0.64-0.66p post that contract win than last week.

And they have taken the stock nicely back up!

Who would have thought.

Around 2pm this one seems to tick up if the morning has been down. But yesterday was a good day so maybe that rebalancing only happens on dull days?

Back to recycling profits for those institutions who were in the placing.

Clearly someone is happy to take their 40% plus profit and move on.

Once they are done we will see the low to mid 70s on the horizon.

This is teeing up nicely for when one of the big projects comes through.

Yep but irrelevant as all the funds are coming in from Brussels.

It’s the EU’s new methodology for injecting funds into the bankrupt parts of the community where the local governments in Athens, Lisbon etc have a habit of skimming off 25% via fees to friendly local advisors.

The EU’s strategy is to go to the regions and fund projects individually with “Green Solutions” being the area that sails through planning etc as everybody from right to left, old or young wants a better environment.

EQTEC have nicely positioned themselves to capture a huge amount of that market with their partner willing to put up the capital to get the process going in advance. Now that’s confidence.

Another 100m shares moved from soft to firmer hands today.

As to a recent ice age I was talking of 7,000 years ago. The trouble with all this is timescales are 10,000s or 100,000s of years which against an average 80 year life span means waiting for conclusive proof doesn’t make sense if the answer is global warming.

So back to the simple answer of minimising usage and charge people for undesirable consequences.
