Not entirely unexpected and assuming successful achieved at around current SP. It may also explain why SP has dropped in last two weeks. A bit of a relief that significant discount not suffered!
Great to have substantial extra funds to support and drive the company forwards and I feel ever more confident that ONC is a company of the future and will be able to maintain leadership in its fields of expertise.
Looking forward to further announcements in current FY which ends 31 May.

According to p. 36 of Admission doc. drilling costs for three wells estimated at just under £1.5m so £0.5m each one. If payment for holes 3 and 4 taken as equity that would "save" £0.5m and mean a small dilution. £1m in equity is less than 2.5% based on £42m Mcap. Looks like a very good arrangement as 4th hole would enable a wider scope. Not yet clear how long each hole will take to drill but based on ground conditions (sediment) it should be quite fast to get to depth required. High reward / risk investment but could all happen in three months.

Another SP drop on a few sells with a value of £10k. AIM pricing is ridiculous and not fit for purpose! A good time to buy or top up but I have enough ONC already and there are other good options right now including Destiny.

Never understand AIM pricing methodology as today a few sells of less than£20k have dropped SP by 6% and cap by £7m. Nuts! There is lot going for ONC but there are other short term plays with more appeal. FUM have leapt on good news so it shows what can happen. Regular news flow would support and sustain a SP over £2. With what is to come the target must be towards £3 by end of 2021 perhaps beyond that level.

Excellent. Much going on and more collaborations coming this will grow and grow. Only bit lacking is Wood reports and not mentioned at all. Mentions interest from Middle East where Wood are strong so hoping for another update within weeks.

AT - if you've been a shareholder for 20 years you must know the company very well! How do you rate their chances of success?

Perhaps understandably and as expected there is no dividend. This is an area where Aviva and Phoenix are a more stable investment proposition. Just may have more upside in SP if they continue to progress but a dividend or an indication of a future one, might show more confidence.

With the appointment of a top notch financial advisor and with NvS's relationship with AA, there seems a very good chance that a deal suiting both parties is capable of being agreed in a reasonable time period, perhaps even by 31 March. It does nobody any favours to prolong this unless the sides are far apart. Advisors job is to bring the parties together to get an agreement in the best form possible.

Today's RNS confirms results will be announced in mid April and with that an update on progress with the various workstreams and trials. With the fund raise last year the financial position should be strong and possibly aided by grant funding in some areas. The progress with NTCD-M3 is also significant with P3 due to commence in 2022 but much going on to support that.
Most importantly the RNS seems positive on the XF-73 results due at the end of this month which could be highly significant. Eagerly awaiting the news over the next month. MCap is below £100m so Destiny has great potential.

sorry Roche take over of GenMark Diagnostics is £1.8 billion

Hoping for news by end of March as there is a lot going on. Interesting today that Roche are taking over GenMark Diagnostics in a $1.8m deal. Roche are a major customer of ONC so it raised the questions of any impact on ONC or could they be subject of a take over? Pure speculation but the outlook for ONC is promising to say the least!

in today's RNS. Bearing in mind NIAID-funded contractors will conduct these clinically enabling safety studies, it means the costs for DEST are limited. The main news is due at the end of March so this looks more promising too, given that the announced study would have passed their initial appraisal.

A fund raise will be necessary to support the continued growth and enable greater investment in unlisted companies as they expand and require more capital themselves. I would welcome that providing the level of discount is not excessive. Like many I got in a while back so over 100% up. I would like to increase holding but the current price and Mcap is a bit rich compared to NAV of the investments. Hopefully any raise would include an offer on PrimaryBid to enable PIs to participate. ANIC has great potential because it has a foot in the door of companies some with a tremendous future.

Re-read February presentation and RNS that says "We are now looking forward to announcing the full results of this study towards the end of March 2021". So within three weeks we should have the results that could confirm the huge potential.

Much talk on here about vaccines and Covid but don't lose sight of the fact that SNG have much more than that to help patients with. Apart from Covid, the business is focused also on asthma and COPD, and uses its differentiating human biology BioBank platform and world-renowned international academic KOL network to discover and develop novel therapies for respiratory disease.
Have been invested in SNG for three years and well before Covid. There will still be many patients with Asthma and COPD and also Covid (where vaccines aren't 100%) to treat and potentially reduce their illnesses and time in hospital. There is a great deal of good and potential still to come.

Expecting further assay results at Phalaborwa soon and it would be good to have an idea when JORC is likely to be released. It would be even better to have a clearer plan to get into production. There are competitors but with the expanded team in place with more technical resources, we need RBW need to show they are ahead of the pack. There are two other companies on AIM in this field vying for investors' attention and money!

Watching this morning and Doctor talking after 6.30 headlines mentioned the future where vaccines would be more effectively and cheaply delivered by pills and this would be required annually for Covid (and presumably flu). Clearly there is a lot of potential and probably many companies are looking at this around the world. Hopefully N4P are in the forefront.

Encouraging RNS with good prospects for increasing orders for which manufacturing capacity will be in place. With considerable potential as an alternative to other battery types and expansion in other markets, including China, the prospects are bright and possibly very bright! Importantly the £20m cash raise in December means IES are well funded to support growth and to become profitable quite quickly. Next step is to justify SP rise and get past 175p when cash was raised.

The continued decline in IES is a concern because there has been no news of sales etc. for nearly three months, which is a long time in an expanding business. The whole sector is in decline partly linked to growth stocks being sold off in favour of value stocks and perhaps bonds. AFC and EQT are other companies facing the same i.e. big SP falls.
Arresting the decline will take some good news in the short term. Longer term the sector should recover and thrive.

If a placing is needed (and it will be to propel expansion) it would be much better to raise when SP is higher. Therefore releasing news on progress should boost the SP and encourage more institutional involvement. I really expected more news than we've had this year with so much going on.
