aandi, your posts are informative and helpful, thanks. The point about completing projects is in my view critical to showcase the technology and prove that it works in new countries. The existing plant works but was completed years ago. Getting another in operation effectively without major issues in the commissioning and testing still has to be achieved. Then the opportunities should snowball. Until then material risks remain and may be why institutional investors are wary.

SP volatility as seen with many shares is a real turn off for some retail investors. It becomes more like a gamble and not worth serious money for those with a limited risk appetite. The drop in EQT has been a turn off for me and although I am still in profit I will not put more in until there is tangible significant progress. They just have to get one of the projects completed, up and running and producing gas / revenue.
The time taken to install the plant and commission it is still not fully explained and there seems a lack of urgency to make things happen. Too many projects and not enough completions is a major issue.

Usually the case but at least Panmure Gordon is a long established and well regarded firm. Would be more worried by a bucket shop appointment!

Underlying net debt is reduced by £45m to almost nothing and 27 new sites have been opened in last 12 months. Implies a very profitable and fast growing business. Berenberg had a SP target of 390p but that may need updating. The company could be more informative for retail investors. Still believe quarterly updates would demonstrate the outstanding performance and encourage more investors.
Next update in July would be a time to see management expectations for FY2023 and if profits are rising when will a dividend be expected? Significant growth funded out of cash generated is compelling and the only downside is the impact of inflation and cost of living rise.

Huge potential but the issue is all about funding and possible dilution. Appear to have enough for this year but what about 2023? More grant funding and institutional support should be forthcoming but the risk of dilution remains. The other downside for new investors is volatility with year SP high 315p and low 68.50p so very high risk and reward.
Toe in the water with 5,000 shares.

There are two large sales of almost £20k which could be intended for switch to ISA. Wait and see if these shortly become buys. Might be a good opportunity to buy on this dip and await possible SP rise on reinvestment of funds.
Unfortunately HL have not been able to restart bed & Isa for the new tax year which makes it harder for their clients to move from fund & share accounts to ISAs. Most disappointing as it will take a few days for the money to be moved on HL platform!

Interesting fj40 to compare Kefi with EQT in that Kefi's year high 2.47 a year ago has been as low as 0.67 and there are delays and a fund raise at 0.8p (in December) with much to do with their two main projects which are not likely to be in production for many months. It will require patience and being prepared for more time and funding given that most companies make optimistic statements. It is very frustrating especially for those buying in at a much higher SP.
For me EQT is likely to be profit making well before Kefi . Both have much potential and hopefully shareholders will be rewarded. I was in Kefi for some time and sold at over 2p. I will buy back in nearer to start of production when SP will rise. In the meantime I have (for me) quite a large holding in EQT at a low average and believe SP will rise significantly into 2023 when projects complete and more move forward.

As a small shareholder I may not post much on my holdings. January RNS said that
The Company expects to receive the following from the Consortium by the end of Q1 2022
o The completed Optimisation Study Report.
o An Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contract proposal for the construction of Kola consistent with the 2017 2nd edition FIDIC Silver book.
· The Company expects to receive the Consortium's financing proposal for the full construction cost of Kola 60 days after the successful completion of the Study.
It is very unlikely the Q1 deadline will be met in spite of the weekly meetings with the consortium and the results RNS hints at future funding needs in 2023 due to having to meet going concern requirements in reporting.

It is frustrating that KP have missed deadlines and not ruled out equity dilution. It is not surprising that some shareholders are selling and the company shouldn't be surprised at the negative sentiment.
BoD really need to get progress on time and have a clearer plan to achieve shareholder value.

HUI's RNS today makes interesting reading. Essentially aiming to use PHE technology in Poland but way behind EQT. It does show the increasing level of interest in waste to gas.

The rise today may be a continuation of previous days' good news. France should be a major market and the contaminated plastics does sound a further important aspect that will excite interest in numerous markets. What would help and is expected is a more concrete plan for Wood collaboration.
Most of all for me is to successfully complete one of the under construction projects to showcase the technology and remove risks of commissioning. When is the first testing and commissioning due?
Funding for faster progress is still a possibility but needs to be done when SP is higher.

As a potential small investor the SP drop makes this an attractive entry point but I wonder why there are not more buyers at this level. Because it is hard to understand, am I missing something? £160m cost of ITVX in 2023 will impact PBT and according to the FT there are concerns about falling viewer numbers. A lot to take in but even if PBT drops the cost of 5p dividend at £200m should be safe. Yield will be attractive and of course a take over cannot be ruled out.
One to watch until geopolitical fallout settles down.

EQT need to successfully complete a new plant (or refurb) to showcase the tech and project expertise. When this happens a lot more interest can be anticipated. If Wood can get moving that would add significantly to the business credentials.

Piscator - I hope you're right and the only key issue to be decided is the amount. Rothschild are an excellent choice and should ensure the best deal. What form that will take remains to be seen. Sell the company??

Would be good to get quarterly updates as a matter of course especially with the opening of more sites. Next update on revenue should benefit from new sites. Added 2000 at 250p shown as a sell. Good price.

Also no cash raise this year! A deal with a major looks much more likely and within a few months. Rothschild are still involved (great) and any fee should be "modest" and only if successful. Yes presentation skills could be improved! Still difficult to evaluate assets and what ARC is worth.

The supply constraints and higher prices should be a spur to speeding up the developments of new fields in NS and UK Government ensure the right support to make things happen alongside the efforts on renewables as both are essential for the next 10 - 15 years. Companies like Deltic and IOG are very well placed to play their part. Hopefully Shell will be pressing on with drilling asap - is it still in May? More detailed plans from Cairn would also be a major step forward. An update from Deltic would be welcome.

Followed this for a few months as products and IP look promising. Agree that it will take confirmed booked revenue and financials to sufficiently understand the company and evaluate potential. Potential growth stocks like this are not popular on AIM at the moment and many have dropped SPs in last six months. May be stable at 16 - 17p. Bought 25k as a toe in the water at 16.70 but shown as a sell.
USA could be a major market of course eventually but actually getting the products used and money in the bank is what counts with investors more these days. More agreements with wider NHS and more London boroughs will be key next steps.

Thanks for all the information. There is a lot to digest. With so many drills it is difficult to work out how many assay results are still to be received - any for phase 1 outstanding? The drilling in phase 2 is also very promising. How many drills are still to be done and how many assay results are outstanding from what has been completed? Is there a summary somewhere?

Not really a surprise as funds needed to increase Selva participation. October letter said dilution would be limited but this sounds a bit hollow although far better than before. At least it is for investment to significantly dial up and not just to keep the company afloat. SP was at 3.5p a month ago so not too painful for those invested longer ago. Selva will take another 12 months but hoping the drilling in Spain is a success and gas revenue can be sustained and increased. I did sell some at 5.20 to recoup losses and there may be a good case to buy more when dust has settled.
