I agree that they could be negotiating the sale of Accustem's assets in StemprintER and Spare but you would have thought they'd have secured a deal by now. Anyway one day I'm sure something will happen. My twin 21 year old daughters mother died of BRAC2+ breast cancer in 2008 so they will directly benefit from a better prognosis test that the current one, so I have a vested interest in this, apart from being an Investor.

I should add that Beigene has had no issue in getting FDA approval for Zanubrutinib but I note they've recently announced plans to build a new GMP manufacturing plant in NJ.

Still complete silence and lack of any communication or progress updates from Accustem. No surprise given the Company's complete disregard for shareholders.

I'm bemused how the market values the Company significantly below where it was at the time of the HK listing. Since that time we've had significant pipeline progress. Surufatinib PDUFA goal date is the 30th April 2022 but t could happen earlier. I hadn't considered your point about the FDA asking for further studies Jatw...you may be right.....let's hope any FDA decisions are not influenced by geo-political pressures from Washington but are instead influenced by patient needs.

Well done Matt, I’ve tried that strategy over the years and my timing has usually been a failure!

I'd like to understand how a British court can approve a capital reduction and removal of an asset, and approve a subsequent distribution of that asset (in Accustem shares) where those shares have no value and there is no guarantee they ever will have any value.

As a TILS shareholder I've had a capital reduction and an asset with a capital value removed and replaced by an asset with no value eg. Accustem shares. it may well be the case that they will have a value in the future but right now they have no value until a listing occurs and the Company cannot say when that event will occur. btw on OTC they are trading at 29 cents. This may be a lifestyle business and investment to some (Gabriele) but not to others (me).

Why has Accustem gone silent with no updates whatsoever and given that it's not listed there is no mechanism or indeed obligation to communicate with Investors. Currently the asset has been stolen from Tiziana Investors. This Company's disregard for Investors is astonishing. I always complete the Opinion dropdown here because I think it should be mandatory and No opinion should be invalid but on this occasion I have no opinion on the investment case because Gabriele seems to treat this as a lifestyle investment and has no regard for Investors.

Looking at the rapid pipeline and regulatory progress it’s easy to see why our CEO remains confident Hutchmed will be a very large Company by 2025. Today’s valuation will seem very small by then. Looking at Beigene and Gennab, two of my favourite peers, you can see how a company can grow from $5bn to $30bn within a few years as the pipeline commercialises

Most American pre-commercial Biotechs, which is what Tiziana will effectively be after the London de-listing, are acquired by large Pharma. Very few grow organically to become a big pharma. Tils will therefore probably be acquired at some point.

sally, no, it is not the sum of all 3 markets - the leading listing still remains in London and yes, the ADR's are the same shares. In other words the total number of shares:-

With regards to where we will be heading over the next couple of years, In my opinion, we will have a valuation well in excess of $20bn by 2024/5 based on pipeline success and annual revs approaching $1bn. That would put us on a conservative valuation par with Beigene and Genmab.

The pipeline has been updated - I notice HMP689 now has a name - Amdizalisib

£70 would value the company at circa $80bn which is a bit ambitious. I put the 2025 valuation at around $40bn aka £35 per share based on continued pipeline success, revs of circa $1.2bn and positive cashflow etc

That is my expectation and that is why I continue to hold a large amount of shares.

I was their first low cost Sippdeal customer about 20 years ago and have been with them ever since. I've had various issues, particularly over corporate actions and not being allowed to enter AGM's because they claimed to have sent letters of authorisation which never arrived. They also called me to to say I wasn't allowed to withdraw cash from my own dealing account! Yet another"training" issue. If you just want a basic trading account and won't want to ask much of them when it comes to corporate actions etc they are OK, but not the cheapest.
