Yet more progress announced today with the Global Phase III Trial of Savolitinib in Combination with IMFINZI® in Patients with MET-Driven Advanced PRCC and the usual corresponding hit to the share price. Most Companies of the type and size of Hutchmed would see the opposite effect with this type of announcement.....very frustrating but time for me to buy some more.

Because a number of big pharma face a patent cliff so need new assets, they'd also get it cheap ;o-)

The large majority of small Biotech/Biopharma Co's in the U.S get bought by big pharma for their assets. This is almost certainly the Board's intention as they have no desire to become a pharmaceutical company. Miciclib is going into phase 3 next year which will be extremely costly but this is the asset with the most value at the moment.

Nice article here on China NDA's and some recent stats showing more domestic NDA's were submitted this year in China than by Foreign drug Co's for the first time...a trend that will no doubt continue to accelerate

I cannot understand how the Court allowed a demerger and capital reduction without assurances the spun off asset aka Accustem would have real value to shareholders. Currently the Company looks like it is run by people who do not have Investors interests at the forefront of their minds, which is criminal if it continues in its current form.

As a Tiziana shareholder that implies you are happy that a valuable company asset has be taken away from you without compensation. I am not happy however.

I assume the subject of Accustem was avoided at all costs

The clinical and pipeline progress continues unabated and yet the company's valuation continues to fall. I don't understand how the progress has the opposite effect of what one should reasonably expect. I will buy more today.

As an asset it seems to me Accustem has been stolen from Shareholders. Yes people have been given Accustem shares but most people cannot realise the asset. I can't see Accustem going public, and I can't see new Investors wanting to buy a Company that has one asset, it's too risky. The value will only be realised once it is sold. In the meantime it does appear that the Board have not been open with Investors.

Q3 results should feed through on certain platforms in the next couple of weeks although I notice that unlike Beigene, the Company doesn't formerly announce them in the U.S. via a 10-k. The drift back below pre-HK IPO levels is disappointing but hopefully there will be a boost with the next big event - Surufatinib approval in the U.S. which will be the Company's first drug to be approved outside of China.

If they refuse to discuss any aspect pf Accustem it shows them for what they are. Tiziana has done a capital reduction with Accustem assets so Accustem is still very much related to Tiziana.

I see Accustem is down significantly again today and is down since it stated OTC trading on the 19th July @ 36 cents. On reflection I can't really see this asset being suitable to run as a standalone Company unless it's ready to go to market now, and they need clinical partners to make use of it. Surely a sale to a large prognostic/testing player would be the best way to get it to market quickly which would be of great benefit to patients and Investors.

There is no point in having the best/superior prognostic assay if it can't be used in the clinic.

BGNE is on a trailing P/S of 34 and has increased its mcap 11 fold over 5 years compared to HCM's 2.75 fold so let's hope Hutchmed's trajectory begins to track its larger peer!
