For the record, HCM is listed as an HK ADR not a China ADR which may make a difference, I hope!

I can see Trump could prevent new U.S. listings by Chinese Firms but I am not sure on the mechanism for de-listing existing ones.

Just what is not needed and prompts the question as to whether a HK listing is now of greater importance that ever

The Spread on NASDAQ is mush tighter, currently I am buying ADR's for this reason and the fact they are cheaper anyway

Sub £7.00? They will be very disappointed....

It appears to me that the spread is completely unrealistic discouraging any form of trading or Investing, I cannot understand why there is such a spread between the Bid and Offer prices unless the lack of Buyers and Sellers means MM's do not want to be holding too much stock they cannot get rid of.

I can recommend a litigation funding Firm if the former employee requires financing - it is called Burford Capital
This is just noise, I doubt there is any chance Burford would not pay an employee anything that it was contractually liable for, and it could well be the case this is just something they've been put up to do by MW, who are now clutching at straws in the extreme

Pipeline = 1 NDA approved, 2 NDA's submitted, 4 x P3, 4 x P2, 15 x P1, approx 50% are Biosimilars

In that context I do hope Chi-Med is considering pushing ahead with the HK IPO as there still appears to be considerable appetite in Asian capital markets for regional Biotech IPO's

It can be done in 3 months, some have done it in less time on NASDAQ, I would expect Q1 2020 at the latest and in my view it is worth accumulating and holding for that reason alone

Innvestors like simplicity and clarity, even sophisticated institutional ones, it will take some rime to establish what today's announcement means, and there are far more urgent things which require attention

Great update today, Late-Breaking Abstract of the positive SANET-ep Phase III trial of surufatinib in patients with non-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors ("NET") to be presented on Monday at ESMO

This indication is forecast to be worth $169m China revenues and $454m ROW revenues / peak sales so is critically important.

I continue to buy at these somewhat ridiculously low prices

9% on NASDAQ in 1 day, that is a major sell-off, I don't understand what is going on here but will be buying tomorrow in London

I agree regarding regular additions and given the current price some Director buys would be welcome
