This has nothing to do with the stocks in question. I'm positive on a lot of stocks but I'm not trying to con other people so I can get out minutes after telling others on a share forum it's the best stock ever and going to fly.

It's a disgrace and a con, of course they could have got a higher price but they make more money at this price. If you told me they had raised at this price I would have expected at least £500k, it just means they will do it again this year. I think the 14p trade will be worked from the morning and printed before the close. No need to pay 14p before the close for 50k when you could get them for 13p or slightly under.
