He cons people by pump and dumping stocks saying they are 10-100 baggers then dumps for a fraction of that if he can get it 2-5% most of the time. Go and read his posts on COR where he has vanished after dumping for 20% while telling others it's a ten bagger

Going to take a long time to flip the placing based on the first hour of trading. The mm's have sold around a net 150k of shares £400...1.7 billion issued lol.

I still cannot believe what they did yesterday, luckily you get used to these bullets now and again but seriously the FCA should be involved.

Probably a waste of time. Some guy says he lost £30k and he got £300 compensation. Lets face it it's them and us and in the city you can do what you want and get away with it. But ripples like this will kill the penny market even more, less and less people will invest and more and more stocks will delist or do terrible placings to get the money needed to pay themselves a handsome salary for delivering sfa

Look at it this way. same sector

Geni and TCF almost same market caps.

Both raise £4 million. Geni does it at their bid price 3.7p no discount

Tcf 0.25p when 0.9p bid.

How can it be so massively different ???

If it's all you have gone in money you sell and move on and trade elsewhere, If it's a fraction of your pot you leave them for a few years and see if they gradually recover and get your money back but this is serious dilution. To get back to 1p would mean a huge jump in the market cap but not impossible for any Bio/Pharma to do this on exciting news.

Yep, price sensitive info must be announced. You do not raise £4 mil in a small cap in a 10 minute period after issuing positive news. This has been worked for days if not weeks. They knew they were going to issue that news but thought it was acceptable to issue the positive chair news first then wait 10 mins and announce the placing. I cannot believe I have fell for it but mind you no placing and the shares might have spiked 30% and I would have made money. I have made profits a few times from trading TCF but today I have been turned over, I'm ****** off but It's not life changing money but the principal of how the company have done this today. It should not be allowed to happen.

Honestly if I could be bothered I would sue the company but it's pointless. Just have to accept I have been conned. Part of the job is to catch bullets now and again. The good thing is it makes you all cautious again. This penny market is fooked with so many delistings and discounted placings I get why nobody invests now

That was me who bought at 1.03p, I like that new chair news. Then I see the placing and for a split second could not work out if it was 0.25p or 2.5p then the mm's drop and I got my answer. I managed to offload 250k at 0.9125p to one asleep mm and 250k at 0.75p but I'm stuck with the other as NT all the way down. They have stitched me right up with that first RNS before a placing. I was due a bullet, luckily I had a excellent Jan but that does not mean I should get "conned" into losing £3k in minutes

Or tomorrow, while the numbers will not be spectacular methinks they might update on US funding.

Good value now around 9.4p to buy but the market for these stocks is terrible atm hence I hold but not adding more atm.

Just think every 100k they sold on at 4p they were making £750 a pop and people were buying all day at full 4p offer.

Somebody bought 1.25 mil and without another trade showing sold them again for a small loss via 800k and 450k trades...bizarre

Surprised fonzi is not pumping...I see one of the usual suspects is here but at least this is a justified spike not some rubbish doing 100% for no good reason

Reason it's not moving is because there was a massive overhang prior to today's news so before today you could get size at 3p so the mm's are more than happy to sit there and sell down stock at 5.3p currently. Great news and great value, can today's buyers hold or will they lose patience and take a huge loss if it does not move higher ?

See, two replies and neither can tell me why this should justify such a huge valuation. It's a ponzi stock, how high are people prepared to chase before they run out of mugs. You never get any detailed posts about the company, just ramping nonsense. Every year they will announce a set of poor results, good companies out there at a fraction of this with turnover and cash and nobody will touch them

Why not discuss how it can justify a £30 mil market cap instead of ramping tosh like it's going to pop etc etc.

I bet this deal returns the usual turnover of less than £100k

Market cap is crazy here, the old mentality of it must be cheap because it was 12p not long ago but it's still 30 times higher than what it was 2 months ago.

Next set of results will bring this one back down to reality
