Sorry for being completely off topic here but there are some very knowledgeable folk on here so just looking for a bit of advice.

About 10 years ago I had a complete punt on a company called Triple Plate Junction (TPJ), had JV's with some of the biggest companies in the game but ALL unfortunately fell through. They changed their name a couple of time to Aurasian Minerals (AUM) and then to Tethyan Resources Plc (TETH). The they came off AIM and started trading soley on the Canadian Stock Exchange.

I completely forgot about these and havent looked for about 5 years. What happens to my shares when they come off AIM and trade solely in Canada? Are they lost or do I still in theory have the shares in the company?

i've never really had too much of an opinion on PS and I think the deal with Gangfeng is a decent one (I know lots will disagree with that), but it has now dawned on my that he never misses an opportunity to be vague about anything!

I dont know if he is scared of slipping up with false / misleading info, scared of opening a can of worms depending on his answers, or just genuinely has no real idea?

His interviews remind me of talking to my 7 year old about what he did at school today, so vague with very little actual info! what did you learn at school today harry.......... we learnt maths and PE. So PS are you now funded to construction or production?....... we will need to speak to existing shareholders. He must know if that is a yes or a no. If its a no, why not just say it and then say how much short they currently are instead of the market trying to piece it all together from the previous 20 vague interviews and RNS's

how does this work then? Does the fund basically forced to sell all their shares at current market price in order release funds back to investors?

Guessing that could have a fairly serious impact on those companies whose shares are being sold?

Is it the same fund that is currently invested in RENE or one of his other ones?

we have been diluted but in effect we have a smaller percentage but of a new larger whole. the larger whole more then making up for the loss of percentage. Thats how I view it anyway

CRK22 - Gangfeng would also provide the expert in-house service / repair / MOT so you would like to think the running costs of your car would be less.
And our new board member is likely to be a faster driver then PS so we might get to where we want to be quicker

I agree, no more spare cash for me at the minute though (new kid on the way so the mrs is curbing my spends!!)

I topped up with a few on Monday at 34p, slightly mis-timed but I'm sure I'll be ok in the long run. Average is now at 33.33p so just about even at the minute.

If its just same shares available on two exchanges, how does that provide them with access to further funding? Or are they just teeing it up for a fundraiser further down the line?

Forgive my ignorance, but doesn’t a dual listing effectively mean dilution for kdnc?

London74 - doesnt really matter what the SP is. an 8% drop is an 8% drop! You've still lost 8% of the value of your holding regardless if the SP is 9p or 0.09p

some people will be sitting on a very nice profit so I can fully understand why some would be selling a slice to bank the profit.

I've said before that I only have a pretty small holding but it is now 85% up, thought about selling some but decided against it. I dont have any use for the money as yet and cant really be bothered to start looking for any other share to put it into, and besides, even being 85% up I still see this as having a long way to go yet. I personally dont see the point in selling my holding to then put in another stock, when this stock still has so much more to give (hopefully).

I wouldnt blame others for selling though to get some profit in the bank

I'm still sat here patiently with my small (albeit 51% up which is very nice!!) holding. thought about possibly banking some profit, but for the amounts I'm talking I decided I may as well leave alone until the final end game, whatever that may be

wouldnt suprise me if there are other players keeping a very close eye on the Gangfeng deal secretly hoping it falls through so they can sweep in (wishfull thinking anyway).

if Gangfng where happy with the resource, it must be good enough for others as well!!

lots of big trades over the last week all at 75.50p. Seems a bit strange, wonder if its some deal agreed behind the scenes? I just think its odd that they are ALL at 75.50p
