Just to clarify, the 1.62p & above, trades lately, are buys actually. Obviously, some end- of- year- tax year selling & seemingly unloved at present.
Sometime later this month, Results are due.
They seemed to have absorbed those hefty( TP) sells at 1.60p. One would expect a holdings Rns very soon/ once finished; can't be many left re TP.
Presently watching C5 programe on travelling Vietnam, the start, showing opulent ever emerging hotels, tourism.
Glass half empty, meant to say!!!
Usual bunch of ' half full glass' create panic agenda's!
There's no definite suggestion any fund raise will be major or any time soon too!!!
As they have been & will continue to accelerate sales/ revenues I'm of the opinion it'll not be significant & will be if needed, much later in the year; possibly councinding with a launch in the U.K.
And no one knows when, if, TP will off- load further, anytime soon, this year or next aswell!
Indeed, I make that a possible 15 million odd TP sells reported, in total since Thursday. On Thursday we had appear, a 2+ Mill at 1.75p & end of day, 4.5 Mill 1.84p with today's reporting of 8.75 Mill 1.70p shifting a good load!
Stockpickfree, you're an absolute bore now , peddling the same negative spile again & again. You've sold, & yet you've said recently looking to buy again, within the same sentance, so I believe you have an agenda. So you must see some positives yet never mention any!?!
They've set up promising destribution deals in the U.S, China & some of APAC. The're successfully selling in 20 countries, mainly in luxury, high- end hotels. They've set up a U.S Bottling Plant, to bring down costs & help logistics. They've increased sales globally, even after covid reductions earlier last year. They have won awards for their mixers.
The're building a brand, have taken on a team with years of pedigree & experience. Disruptive & disgruntled TP are the obvious major sellers & will cease in the not too distant, one would expect.
I have a much higher average, having been accumulating at various stages, over the last 16 months or so, but personally looking to hold for a number of years to see out /maximise their potential & remain confident.
Admittedly the SP chart looks dire, at present!
The're was a good volume of buys on Thursday especially, yet you dismiss any interest of P.I's buying. This will be particularly apparent and recover significantly after TP reduces off-loading.
U.K launch has been mentioned by Tony, in interviews last Autumn, for later this year.
But agreed let's concentrate on establishing & accelerating sales with the destribution deal in the US & especially after the Bottling Plant benefiting logistics & profits. And last year's APAC destribution deals
I'm sure Tony would only consider entering the U K once he's been thorough on finding the right partners & ' having done his homework' etc. It's coming but he'll find the right time. That website mention is & has been distracting & somewhat misleading I say.
Stockpickfree , who says there's a cash call soon, who says TP will sell all their holding, & who says this is going below 2p to buy; I say apart from you!?! No guarantee on above, but go ahead sell & we'll see if you are right. I'll be first to say well done on your ' crystal- ball' forecasting, if correct.
As has been the case last few days & likewise today, one can buy a smidge below the mid price; 2.29p earlier & now 2.27p
Conversely, Sam, I've had regular email updates on RNS's after requesting on their website link so not sure why you haven't.
I'm anticipating an excellent April Results to reignite the SP. They have to be accelerating sales with the U.S expansion & benefits of the bottling plant helping with finances. Although this will be especially apparent this year I believe, so an improving scenio. And the same can be said with China coming out of tight Covid restrictions. And then we have Vietnam, Australia, APac further pick-up in interest I'd expect, with U.K launch possibly this first half.
I wouldn't say Tony & team has stretched himself too thinly; he's been operating in many countries successfully for a number of years & experienced in developing the right agreements, time to enter 'markets'
Whether we will hear if he's replaced the head of the U.S team, I'm not sure, but I'm sure ' he has it in hand'& the U.S sales continues well!?!
Tiddlers like ours & general market conditions have been terrible lately & many stocks have suffered; we are not alone. In time, it'll improve marketedly.
5p should be well surpassed this year!!!
The World Renowned Difford's Guide has just recently reviewed & given excellent, very good marks to all of East Imperial's tonics & mixers; mentioned on our website, today.https://lnkd.in/gQG9AY2a
Full Year Results I would expect in April( were delayed slightly last year )
On 13th January 2022 along with Placing news announcement, there was a brief end of year ' 21 update.
There's been too much 'moany-menies' here lately with seemingly no patience & too much expectation on news 'every-five-minutes'!
I say the CEO has done impressively & weathered difficult situations, global Covid conditions & generally stuck to what he said he'd accomplish(with exception to a delay to the U.K roll-out, which he has suggested first half of this year)
I continue to have confidence we will see accelerated sales & growth in key areas.
Unless your desperate for the funds, Chill- out & have patience!
Worth posting again, yesterday's interview with Tony.
Most thorough, insightful & revealing interview I've heard from him. Next year should be a ' cracker'!
Cargo prices coming down, expanding destribution deals, the US plant really benefiting margins etc etc. Agreed, super premium is where the money's at!

Vox markets interview today with Tony; excellent progress!!!

I like this article from last Summer, & obviously further progress, developments since; worth posting again!
https://www.thedrinksbusiness.com/2022/07/robust-tonic-firm-could-knock-fever-tree-off-its-perch/
Bermondo, my understanding is Fevertree haven't done very well in the U S because they haven't focused on the premium, super premium market where the greater margins are, plus I'm not sure they have better destribution than we will have going forward.
Admittedly, they are doing well in the U.K, T V advertising & across supermarkets, but again we will concentrate on the premium, super premium market, re fine hotels etc.
East Imperial are already in 20 countries & relatively early stage. Such a huge contrast in market capital.
With the U.S population near 5 x U.K & China's population approximately 20 x U.K 's population that's where probable exponential revenue growth will likely come, first(two to three years) considering this year's significant destribution deals.
I'm happy to wait for the U.K rollout. Tony & team are doing a magnificent job &I I'll side with their superior knowledge, expertise on when to enter the U.K.
Although I'm desperate to view, taste their wonderful range!
Zac Mir's podcast today, forecasts 4p possibly eoy & 5p end January; sounds about right considering next month's update should excite.

Interview vox markets, today with CEO Tony Burt
Finally! Worth waiting for, after a dearth of news; sounds the ideal location/partner. And the RNS mentions that RNDC will continue to distribute in further states, as I've been eluding.
As Tony has stated, improving margins going forward, leading to expotential growth in time one expects.
What's not to like!!!
