Hopefully good news on the rig in the Interims. The recovery in oil prices should help our cause/sentiment. And iron ore holding up well. Copper surging! All looking good re MGR, copper mine stake. I saw a BBC news special report last night in Africa's incredible population explosion. More houses, cars =copper especially. E.g Nigeria's alone is expected to overtake U.S by 2050! Staggering!

And with no debt, a JV with YZJ who are China's most profitable shipyard(ranked 4th in world), backed by £billion shareholders who haven't sold any ever as far as i'm aware. The rig will be sold sometime, as it's one of the most highly specified & sought after, & indeed as Amed have correctly said, the offshore market is slowly returning. Re the rig sale "received serious indications of interest" see RNS 30th May. Oil prices will slowly recover to continue interest(think Texas, Venezuela, Libya oil troubles especially) The Offshore yard & MGR will show greater revenues, returns going forward.

Iron ore prices received a major boost Monday hitting its highest level in eight months after upbeat Chinese data showed its construction sector in July grew the most in almost four years, see below link. With the continued copper prices' resurgence too, year-on-year, all looking positive for September's(and hopefully into next year's) Results re MGR. It's highly geared towards metal prices, particularly aforementioned & the January's loan & copper mine's direct input additionally helping with profits, one expects. Plus the offshore yard should've taken on greater work from YZJ. Well results due any day no; hopefully will up date us further on timescales. But has been frustrating for a year & half. Gone past their hoped end of June RTO with no mention for delays.

Limit to buy seems to be a poxy 3,800 shares(at an unchanged 14.98p) or above it goes to Negotiated Order; However, you can sell large amounts at 13.62p. Appears to me the MM's are aware positive news may be near and they are 'tightening up' & hoping for weak sellers, at the same time making it difficult to buy any kind of quantity. The amount you can sell is reminiscent of last December's rise. IMO

Well last year's Interims for year ending 30th June, were on the 5th August 2016. Let's see what they have to say on this year's Interims, on latest progress re RTO. Should be interesting, and their latest cash position. Shukan, it's all good & well saying to keep positive even if it takes another year or so, but they must be burning up cash etc. The continued wait, maybe due to continued efforts to raise cash for the RTO, as due diligence, usually only takes a matter of weeks. Hopefully not much longer on a positive outcome.

In time, the oil prices will recover substantially. Rigs will need to be replaced, high spec' rigs, like ours, particularly in demand.
