@Paul to be fair this stock has very little liquidity so it would be almost impossible for the LBE inst. investors to exit which forces their hand somewhat - today someone sold 57 shares to pay their milk/paper bill - see you all on the other side ALB

GGP and Newcrest haven’t slowed down on the drilling front but take you’re point! ATB

And of course the collapse in BP’s & RDSA and other majors share price doesn’t help their debt leverage so we may see some “distressed sales” taken advantage by the smaller players - only good for LBE assuming they continue to hold the strong appetite from their inst investors. ATB

Agreed - Exxon n/sea assets held in partnership with Royal Dutch were I think originally valued pre-COVID at 2b - obviously with no takers given the collapse of oil prices those assets are probably now only valued at 1- 1.5b - so hopefully Exxon May split to maximise their value in which case LBE would have a chance of picking a couple up that fits their strategy - we should know sometime this year on that front. ATB

Just maybe they are looking closer at some of the Exxon North Sea assets. ALB

Just maybe, GH is negotiating terms with Newcrest on our next farm-in agreement - that would be nice for the RNS to be released announcing early exciting finds at scally coupled with a commercial consolidated farm in agreement - if the discoveries are there then It would be in both parties best interest to align scally with Hav....just a thought ALB

The beauty of Greatland Gold is that obviously it has discovered Havieron - proving to be one of the biggest discoveries of gold & copper for a generation being drilled at supernatural rates by farm-in partner Newcrest - many highly regarded commentators are predicting 15Moz minimum - in addition Greatland Gold has ownership of many tenements in the same Patterson region - many with the same magnetic anomaly characteristics as Haverion - The current share price IMHO is based on 6Moz and so had at least 250% growth on current valuation - and we all know the beauty of explorers is we have the opportunity for the share price to accelerate massively on another find which even though large discoveries are very hard to find - Greatland Gold are sitting on prime real estate which they have now started to drill - very exciting times for existing and new investors to see large gains in a short period of time. ALB

Trucky - you are correct Newcrest did submit the paperwork but it was just a paperwork exercise to speed things up - the scallywag's licences have now been transferred back to GGP 100% . Cheers

For those investors in doubt you only need to take a look at what happened with our Ernest Giles target and the fall-out that proceeded when Newmont walked! ALB

GGP are proven explorers holding targets in the hottest postcode in the Southern Hemisphere (location location location) and Newcrest are a global major mining company with proven expertise needed to get the mineralisation out of the ground at the lowest AISC - don't you think the synergy between the two companies makes perfect business sense returning maximum return for shareholders - oh and with Newcrest owned Telfer right next door its makes for the perfect storm for the continuation of a mutually beneficial partnership. ALB

Maybe my response to a certain poster was a harsh - so apologies to that poster for that! - One thing I would never do is promote a company whilst at the same time selling - there are plenty of scumbags that do this but I can assure I'm not one of them - my investments are my business and fundamentally initially based on my own research and generally long term based. I have never said I have inside information directly from LBE! And to the poster who filtered me - I'm most certainly not offended especially because such poster did not even know what an RTO is. If GGP discover another 2 Havierons amongst our many tenements then we will be looking at £3-£4 over the course of the next 5 years assuming Newcrest approach these in the same way as Havieron (drilling the bejesus out of them) - I'm also taking into account in those estimates that Telfer would probably need to be extended to handle all that mineralisation and so resulting in more Capex that GGP would have no problem funding via debt without the need to dilute (similar to solgold) - exciting times for those who believe in investment strategy and had for the long game! Morning Paddy - are the associated costs regarding these works part of the Capex for the mine in which case the costs will be apportioned between GGP and Newcrest? Cheers ALB

Thanks Merc - thanks for your opinion - like I said I don't know - maybe GGP know there's more mineralisation at scallywag and don't want to upset the market with bad news (correctly so) and so they are putting the odds in their favour by drilling lots of holes in order to release to the market positive news with the next Havieron equivalent find! Let's hope so! ALB

Exactly Hydro - so when they drill the cluster @ Kraken are they drilling completely blind until they get the assays back from the lab - surely they have live on-sight geo-tech data? ALB

Havieron looking fantastic - still drilling at depth - BUT - Scallywag looks a little bit worrying to me- I mean, I don't understand why they are rapidly moving from one target to the next - I don't know, but wouldn't it make more sense if they found something to continue drilling at that target rather than moving so quickly to the next? I have a very large holding here so feel it justifiable to ask such questions and get other opinions (just said that in case the herd attack me for being negative) - either way, still happy my investment is safe given the progress at Havierion - others thoughts will be welcome cheers Dave ALB
