Yes, great for the expansion side of the business. I am excited to hear their update on this and the effect of the Shell deal. Of course, they do have the £49.2M freed up to support the extra overheads. I also notice they have remaining new vacancies to bolster this expansion (Business Development Manager/Commissions Manager etc) which also sends out further positive intentions.

Tuesday/Thursday has been intimated for a TU and with the Court documents filed at Companies House maybe a joint statement about what's happening to all that DCR...

Every Engineer vacancy now filled - there were 14 on there yesterday that have now all vanished.

I agree 100% with you and was pre-warning others giving him courtesy he does not merit. He has totally ruined the ADVFN board and has admitted as much on many evenings. Others have come forward on other bb's apart from YU, so he's either a serial loser or just enjoys doing it (possibly both).

It's almost laughable what this same individual is simultaneously posting on the ADVFN site! Perhaps they think nobody links the two together as most of the 'children' are all 'filtered'.

Google reviews are like ADVFN - poorly regulated so open to abuse (and receive it aplenty).

Gone from 4.1 to 4.3 on TP since last update when they were 4.0 to 4.1.

Sounds like the same person on ADVFN, now ignoring all questions and merely down-ticking them.

They've put out a TU in May the last few years, but I've noticed they don't highlight any of them on the historical financial calendar. looks like it's been amended to 'AGM Results and statement' after it was queried this year. Maybe they see it as just a courtesy summary for that reason.

When I e-mailed Teneo, they said their plan had been in July all along which also ties in with that.

Looking back, it's usually near the end of the month, but one year it did come out on the 8th July. Nothing in May and the other things do make this year somewhat different (and exciting) I have to agree.

I do remember now reading in the report like for like dividend of 60p for 2023 @ 3 x cover from 4.6 previously so could be correct there.

Morning - what is your opinion on what they will do with the DCR?

My understanding is that there is approximately £34.5M in total available after the £12.28M comes in on 4th July.

In their 2023 annual report they state 'a share buy-back and/or special dividend'.

I was wondering with your experience of the investor meetings etc what you reckon is most likely and would this be dealt with in the near term separately to or alongside the regular interim dividend?

Yes, indeed - court rubber stamp 3/7/24 considered a formality.

The £12.28M is added to £23.3M already known = £34.5M or £2+/share.

Share buyback and special dividend both highlighted in the company handbook - so let's assume both are on the table.

H1 comes to a close. Jobs filling and on they go on their merry way.

He really reiterates what we mostly know. That this company has achieved so much but is still very undervalued. Yet he took some profits due to it's high performance. It is still their top weighted investment which also clarifies where they see it going in the near to medium future.

Impressive evaluation of why they continue to believe in Yu Group.
