And that answers the question John of why they didn't put the names of the companies he started in the rns, as a bit of Googling shows them as a failure. Not that they should have worried as no one here seems to check rns's....

John, pxpay.com just redirects to the first site I mentioned pxpayments.com. it's the one that hasn't been updated for two years, out of date security certificate, all the Facebook page has been deleted, other social links not any postings for two years.

Also, according to companies house, there is no vat number on file. I have just done a comprehensive vat number search, and no company with a name even close to their registered name comes up registered for vat. Yet according to the rns, revenues for this company in 2017 was a million dollars, yet there is no way of actively contacting this company, which has only been active since July from a previous dormant status, and not vat registered...

Also, according to companies house, and I quote 'The company was dormant during y/e 30.06.16.' - all of this was found via a 2 minute Google search.

No means of contacting this company, no premises. All there is is a companies house filing, based at a home address as an office, and what appears to be a husband and wife team and one other guy. Previous to this he was part of a company called pyxpayments.com , a provider of visa / mastercard merchant solutions, the usual run of the mill card processing options for businesses. The site is still running, ironically for a company offering secure solutions it's security certificate has run out and Google will warn you away from visiting the site, but the main reason for this is because it's been left to rot. The site has had no updates for two years, Facebook page has been closed down, other social media links no updates for two years, I would assume it's now a dead company. So yet again we have a company according to an rns with 'so much to offer' where it's previous inclination has died off, and the latest company doesn't seem to actually be 'active'.

And now I don't know he this is connected, but pyx and the director of wow are based in the Bahamas. On Facebook there is a company of the same name in Bermuda, the closest island to the Bahamas, offering video and tv streaming services to the island. Bit of a coincidence it's a similar line of the (defunct) services black cactus claim offer. Though if you go onto their Facebook page and read the reviews, none favourable, complaints of an out of date rubbish service. Now I don't know if there is any link here, but location, type of business and exact same name is curious...
