JH i agree, most likely a buyer for the sells, Seen it several times the SP drops before news, panic kicks in, you sell and then miss the boat as the price is higher to buy from what you sold and you mind finds it difficult to accept that. What is unusual at the moment, is the amount that can be sold in one trade, usually £10k or less.

Yea, dummy sells goes up to £37,500 for 91.2p, with todays total sells at 170k, unusual indeed.

PP You would expect the pre order to be made up at the very least! Surely to duck we have started and continued with 8 hours a week from at least BC RNS or hopefully since the twitter picture showing the 10,000 per hour on a 8 hour/ 5 day week. Be a good addition to an RNS to state we are sitting with 1million tests (At least) and these will be shipped the week of approvals and manufacture is being ramped up to 24/7 now we have approvals but most importantly NUMBERS and projected sales, revenue and margins. That allows MM II and PI to see future value and SP reflected accordingly. It would certainly make up for lost time.

Sure we will have one of the many RNS next week, hopefully seller done first.

BBC reporter says Spain is 3000 cases a day but the world chart says last count was 10,476 also the highest since start of pandemic. Don’t think any government will again force a country wide lock down though. Test test test and stay safe

Was looking for further info on BC collaboration. Seems they have several partnerships on various types of Covid testing. Got a bit concerned, are they were hedging their bets. In relation to PCR it seems the fact that the pellet is temp stable for up-to 4 hours is the major benefit, along with the ready for use. It gives the lab tech time to set up the samples ready to run. If each Lab tech can do 2000 samples over two biomek i7 machines per 8 hour shift. I tried to find out how many I7 machines were in USA but could not find that out, but sure Beckman have as any as required and it gets these machines in labs for the future. I would expect Covid testing is 24/7 and each lab will have at least4 I7s. Enough for 2 operators each shift, = 4000 tests per shift= 12000 per day per lab at this capacity. I have never worked in a lab, I’m guessing there will be other personnel that will do admin/ reports after the automated reporting has been done. So 10,000 tests per lab/per 24 hours is more than possible. If we can get 1/5 of states to have one lab that would be 100,000 tests per day. I also agree that aviation and cruise lines are on their knees. Testing HAS got to be Future part of these industries. Could a Beckman I7 be set up so that travellers would need a gold standard PCR test that has a negative within a 96 hour period before boarding, to allow results. This result could be sent to an iPhone app direct from lap to that person and used for various reasons. Ie 1 negative PCR test could get a person on the outbound plane and on the ship, a second test done on the ship could keep the ship clean and allow the person to fly home without a delay. If GDR can make £3 per beed as the sector is saturated, £300,000 a day £2.1mill a week. I know they stated 60% margins before but due to collaboration and saturation of market I’d expect that figure to come down. Hopefully the collab can help GDR with technology for the Point of care device. I do hope for a quick sale if BC can see the benefits of taking over GDR, we all do and is that really pie in the sky stuff?? At the min 3 x P/E will be around £6 per share.
