If the UK government has no intention of using ODX why are they loaning machinery and paying £2mill basically upfront that will be paid back from future production?

I’ve only voted a few times, and it has always been conservative, however I’ll never vote for them again, I can’t be the only one who thinks like that. This pandemic just shows how politicians are greedy and self serving ******’s. They bleat on about UK jobs for Uk people but have sent a fortune that this country will take years to recover from, abroad, to China! I was reading some of the contracts and amounts there and it makes me feel sick. Not giving UK testing companies contracts which fills these areas with jobs and that money filters through to others, suppliers, haulage shops etc. Will this massive theft from the public purse ever be investigated and will people need to pay back money or get jail time? If it was a normal man on the street to not pay tax or steel from the state, we would get crucified. Handjob and Boris flapping about spending millions on Innova so their operation moonshot can prevent a second wave…. Well due to being idiots it looks like wave three is coming. If lessons are ever learned it will be too late. Let’s spend more millions investigating the loss of millions, that will feed someone else’s greed. Country is going to the dogs. When I sold off last week( wish I had waited 4 days) I thought it strange that MMs would take the lot 59.5 p and above. Looking at the trades, someone has to be accumulating at around 60p. I mean where are all the shares going, MMs and not stock piling them.

In light of last weeks news on Innova, the governments Project Defend and the constant dialogue between DHSC and ODX any one selling this stock is bonkers. I am a new holder here and reading back through all the RNS from this year it just seems a matter of days before announcement on the decision of DHSC and the test for production. I mean why would Uk give a contract of £374mill with terms albeit, loaning ODX equip and pay £2mill if they had no intention of using them. The next Innova renewal I believe is 21st of June. My guess at events would be, tell Innova sorry we are not renewing, around that date ODX your in!! British tests for British people. ODX May even be told early this week to start production. Makes me feel sick the amount of money given to outside countries for sub standard tests while British people/workers/companies take a hit. Not just ODX, but GDR and avacta. This is not just a crisis due to pandemic, but financially and morally makes you sick of politics and politicians. Country is getting worse, but that’s a different board.
