hahaha. I won't do that because no one ever report me for my loads of complaint about ACP. But I am worry about my money.
ACP (previously called watermark) was once successfully operate a coal mine in south African and as I remember that time the SP was from 0.07 to 0.22. But that's never happened again. I was feeling uncomfortable about their last financial report and location change. I looks like the company had been emptyed just a shell and 3 part time employees left. and they still said they are working on this "world class graphite mine". that's not going to happen.
what's is the real quality of this company. that is why they are not hurry because they know this is an empty shell that no one would interest in armadale. All they hope is tell more lies so they could issue more shares to fraud more money from the market before delist armadale .
and I hope I never brought this share. although I had this share long time before when this one called watermark and ran a coral mine which gave us pretty good return. but after that all following board management are shxxxxxt. totally shareholder eater
I am also laugh at what nick said: "The Project NPV of US$349m is also a stark contrast to our current market cap of under £5 million". What a joke. the last final result said the company is only have 2mil asset. so 5 mil market cap is not good? The market is not blind! You have to do proper job nick!
the board said decision lead to "mine early next year". I wonder congo's rain season is from OCT to APR. how they start the mining job during the rain season? why things are going super slow during dry season? financial situation is getting more complex in next year. make be next year the recession start how they finance for the project. I believe the board is trying to push the project slowly for under year so they could spend another year of company money, next year their could be ton of reasons to excuse the project fail and they go for their own job and leave a empty shell armadale for us the shareholders.
nick is a junior lawyer. he don't know how to run business but he know how to keep business in his hand, from the empty board you could see that. And another ability from lawyer is lie especially involve with large amount of money. the more money lawyer involved, the honest he will look like.
i finally realise that I stuck at this share can't blame anyone include the board. they are a bunch of frauds and i was stupid and greedy to believe watermark plc or Armadale plc really going to do good mining. after so many years i find out there is no miracle in the real life. this company is just one of the many fraud groups in Australia in the name of mining and live with selling shares. they have no life goals and so did us(I mean I).
