I wanted to give you a short update as the summer break comes to an end and hopefully we are able to gain some momentum with our efforts.

We now have 20 investors who have expressed an interest in taking action against the firm, who account for nearly 40m shares. A number of you have yet to provide your shareholding at the time of the placing so please do so as this increase the chance of us attracting litigation funding.

Talks with Harcus Parker have been on hold over the summer as we continued to build up numbers and a number of people have been away. To put some of your minds at rest, we have been assured that our case is unaffected by the Novacyt takeover.

A number of you have reached out to offer help with our efforts including a lawyer and an accountant. If anyone has similar experience or skills then please let me know as this will help to reduce costs and reduce reliance on the lawyers in progressing our action.
