Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Yes Opti, a must for both parties really. But Ncyt will survive if it goes wrong, Ygen won't I fear. They won't get another placing away either. They have to hope the big players have since calmed down and vote in favour.
Maybe Ncyt will buy it out of administration for peanuts.
Wouldn't be surprised if Rees ferks this up, just like everything else he touches.
Is it tomorrow morning we find out?
If BGF think it's the best deal then I expect the other big shareholders will follow. I expect it will go through first time given the alternative.
The only hope is to try and get a bit more out of Ncyt. Doubtful there too, however they can afford to up it a bit. Depends how important they see this deal. Very important I reckon.
Very unlikely now.
If I was making an offer I would wait until the very last minute. Don't want to show your hand too early and possibly get into some sort of auction. As mentioned until the money is banked it's still open to offers isn't it? However does seem a little late in the day I guess!
I expect the only thing anyone would want is the Ranger stuff. If current customers like AMBRY are happy nothing will change and they all still have access then why buy Ygen? Might be different if Ncyt said Ranger would no longer be available.
Is it like a lot of purchasing, it's not done and dusted until the funds are banked?
Tuesday the last day to get your votes in I believe. Should know on Thursday the outcome.
Will they stump up a few more million though?
The Aim casino!!
I expect they knew the backlash would occur and maybe expect to have to up the offer. I think if pushed they will offer more hopefully.
Will Ncyt offer a bit more? Maybe they will up it a little bit to get the deal done.
Agreed! Anyone that want to get back at Rees et al have an avenue for this with Andyken.
Maybe some know it's going through as planned and making an easy 5%+. Or maybe another offer incoming..lol
Giz, whatever, but it seems like Ncyt BOD haven't the same hang ups as yourself. Unless they are fibbing about the accuracy of the tests, then I can't see where the litigation comes in. It's not 100% accurate, which they state.
