Can't recall any Ncyt coming to ygen tbh. Though might be wrong. Yes, cut the fat out of ygen and straight into profit. Hope you get rid of ygens management especially the CEO. I have read that he will still be part of it.

Har, I expect it will go through, but it's only got 26% backing so far. I think ygen holders are hoping for a counter bid. Wishful thinking maybe. But anyone who gets this for under 1p will be laughing.

Luckily managed to get plenty at the placing price of 0.003p, and below , so not too bad for me. Other lth have averages above 3/4p and more.

This really will be a bargain at twice the price. Cut the fat out at Ygen, (and there is plenty) and you're straight into profit. They have really good products and tech. You will probably hear more on Ranger, which could be a game changer and gaining traction every week.

Ambry rely on ygen for their Nipt offering so would need assurances of supply. As for 5p, well you might as well say £5 because neither will happen.

I guess the likes of Ambry have been assured that nothing will change to supply and continuation is guaranteed, then no need to make an offer. Needs Labcorp to enter the fray.

I won't rule out another offer from the likes of Illumina, as they too have a vested interest in the Ranger tech that ygen have

They still had an option of raising cash with a strategic big player, but probably didn't want the dilution either. So I don't think admin was likely near term especially with the sale of the Taiwan lab , but this deal was the best option.

No, not a done deal yet. Only got 26% so far, so plenty to go to get the 75% needed. Of course there could be counter offers yet from the likes of Illumina or Labcorp/others.

Why would they increase the offer, it's been accepted? Needs others to join in for that to happen
