It's a relatively small outfit, just how many is acceptable to you?Some big outfits would say 1m a month is peanuts, it's all relative.

20/30k is high throughput for their small outfit and capacity no doubt.

Well, the company should have a letter from your lawyers anytime now shouldn't they? Not sure if it's deemed serious enough for them to announce to the market just yet.

If the company has anything they think will stop SJ in his tracks then why not just send him the proof . That's all he wants to see, and if it's good enough for him he will be on his way, tail between his legs.NOW, is the time to do it, not wait for the courts.
