Not sure what govt contract they will be getting because they are cutting back a lot with PCR and I don't think there are any outstanding govt tenders for PCR tests as they have plenty already.

I wouldn't expect Odx cut to be more than £3.00, depending on how much of the process they do? Might even be a little less?

Yes, ridiculous mcap at avct. Many companies have plenty of potential, but end up nowhere.

You can't just go and buy a test.It has to be through a physician I believe.

Didn't the broker come in with possibly £150M/£200M? But that was before they knew about the new purchasing system. I think it will be in much smaller lots so the govt can be flexible to allow new technologies in at short notice. I don't think their cut will be at £5 a test either, a bit lower methinks.

I think the manufacturing contract was all sorted before they switched to the new DPS system.

What are mhc going to supply exactly? As they don't manufacture any tests how can they compete on price with the likes of YGEN or any other manufacturers? Surely these manufacturers will bid too? I know Ygen supply both the test and the lab work for about £40/£50.

What 2 Lft do we have? Only do PCR as far as I am aware.

Do SBI supply a test or just the lab facilities only?

No, I can't see Ygen bidding for any of this tender as it's not what they do.They could well bid for the MAG contract,again maybe with a partner as it's multiple tests not just PCR.

But that tender is for Lft, Ygen is PCR? I suppose they can get into a partnership with a LFT manufacturer.

It matters not what Deeks or any other expert reckons, the govt are going big time with lft.Get over it! Twatcher, any ideas who might have a good hand in manufacturing these tests, or are have you got your head stuck so far up your own ahole you don't know what day it is?
