I would say so. The message came across from CB is like they are very much working together. So hopefully any clause in the contract in that regard will have to be exercised

I'd imagine that's certainly the case from my knowledge of contracts also. The interview made reference to "the contract" and how the market and people always want to see the terms. But CB spike about how the terms haven't been released and people should almost accept there's public news bwo RNS that there is one. The interview didn't make a big thing of this btw I was relating the information as I thought it was pertinent still so that share holders would know that they have considered risks at GLR and how to mitigate.

Sumo- it wasn't said way of a threat to JLP. CB was asked what risks there were to the project. The risk described was if JLP themselves chose not to follow the zinc route through their refinery and go woth copper only for example that would then affect GLR. In that very very unlikely case then GLR would rent the infrastructure to refine. It wasn't a threat but a risk mitigation action described.

Tbf the way he described it, it was in terms of risk mitigation and highly unlikely that would have to happen.

Towards the end of the interview they discussed the contract between JLP and GLR and said the terms were fair in the negotiations and made a point about the two companies getting along.....or words to that effect.

Glenover - 35% stake could be sold tomorrow with regards to phosphate content, but CB wants to strike an arrangement with regards to rare earths. His anollogy uses was that they are picking who they want to take home from the dance.

He 're affirms they have enough funding for the next couple of years and there is no intention to do any placing.!!!!

They have been in discussions with the government regarding the liscence and they are happy. They touch on this a couple of times throughout and CB doesn't even consider it as a risk they won't get the liscence.

Tom makes a big point of why the sp is so low when GLR is on the cusp of earning $1m a month of star zinc CB just confirms it almost a travesty

He goes on to say the $60m from star will be used for kash. Of which Will require $1m to finish off drilling and a total of $6m to then become operational

He confirms sable will be ready in October

And talks about other risks such as JLP not following zinc programme and going with copper. To which he replied he would rent the infrastructure for refining which may even be a better option.

With all the cash in the account they then go on to discuss what might happen with it and discuss various dividend, share buy back and/or further investment

Thanks Bubsythecat. Looking at the share conference presentation last year the plan was "... to be ready before JLP...". The dates have obviousely changed but the plan is the same. If you say q4 to be ready at the refinery, that ties in with the information of starting mining Q2 this year. In the same presentation CB states the plan is to stockpile the material before sending it to Kabwe. So 3 months of mining and stockpiling

Everything seems to be lining up

I have been keeping an eye on that too. Alot of what's being said has some merit. But u don't know the agendas of the posters. They seem to be looking at it from a production point of view as u would expect as they own shares in the back end of the process. What they haven't considered it seems, for GLR that this is an undervalued share and the sp increase is a 're rate due to the assets GLR owns. It's got £50m in the ground at start zinc and the market is recognising that's missing from the sp. When the licence to get it out lands that means it's still got £50m in the ground and the next step is complete to turn that from NPV to revenue once the process allows end to end. If the back end of the process isn't ready before the liscence the asset will just sit there still being worth £50m and with a plan to turn It into revenue. Simplistically that's why I'm not personally worried about what's going on over at JLP. There's more intricate detail about they are contractually obliged to take the ore as well.

Just had a read through my own notes over another wine. There are many reasons for a company to be de listed. The bigger of which in terms of investment would be that it would run out of money imo. In any other circumstance you would still own your shares and could sell. So to address my own initial worries about GLR running out if money I countered that with the end of year report/financials. Last year it raised 500k

Here is the link to the report. Page 22 is part way through a section of highlighting potential risks. it states the company at the time of the report and I believe still the case "...has no debt..." and has enough cash "...for the forseable...".

Hi Tenacious. Apologies I don't know the answer to your question. Being de listed certainly isn't something iv contemplated happening or something my research and plan for my investment involves. There's alot of good research shared in this week's chat posts that might help you come to a decision. Alot of posts summarising. OILTAP, MINORMINER, SHARE_TALK, PADMASTER, Phoenix11 are names off the top of my head who post quite alot if links to gwt started and you can DYOR to come to a conclusion. Obviously I post myself and give my own opiniom but I'd never give another investor advice so I don't be seen as "ramping".

Well done Caterham you've called it brilliantly. Apologies no real info on the other companies. just glancing over a while back but didn't seem worth looking into for the investment here.

I'm really impressed with him, he manages to pitch his information at an excellent level when presenting and giving interviews. You have to be knowledgeable of the subject to be able to do that. Then when you read his cv on the GLR website he's like the exploration of precious metals and mining Oracle.

The contract with JLB has been fairly subtle in RNS's. But it's the most obvious answer really as CB has a foot in both camps and can therefore influence all. Hes both supplier and customer in the process for Star zinc and "Cash itu"....i like that Oil haha. On the flip side it also means he's doubly invested so has to make it work. Infact Star zinc is the "Big Bang" of GLR's future story. This HAS to be a success.....you can't be anymore 're assured than that that your investment will become more valuable in the very near future

I feel the same Oil. Fantastic week both in sp performance and the sharing of information. Star zinc is literally in the starting blocks ready to rocket. The other irons in the fire ate unbeleivable and an excellent pre cursor to future revenue, but Star zinc is the reason in the next few weeks we are going to fly. Simplistically that's it haha. The intrinsic value is hard as a potential investor to judge. £50m market cap is 6 odd pence a share. When star zinc comes online that's worth £50m. Will that make the share price jump to 6 odd pence......or is it worth that now as NVP? Interesting really. Certainly exciting. Either way 0.8p at where we are now is literally giving shares away

I do prefer to just take 1 step at a time though with my investing and for us next week Is a big week. Yesterday sells just and so out numbered buys for the first time all week. As predictably investors who are only short term took their small profit at the end of the week, the sells came in at the end of day......that's also been happening all week. Next week may start with a small drop as it's just carry over. People need to not be fased by this and trust in the companies credentials and good news on the latest RNS. Mid morning we will push up again in my opinion and then it becomes a big week. A steady tick up for a second week is going to get alot of investors very interested as consitancy means confidence. There will be alot of people watching this from the sidelines as at this price they still havent missed out.
