Spend, Spend Spend and as Nash2020 states incentives for businesses to relocate, benefits are always going to be an open wound on our society..

Nash2020, yes i agree, i did mention velocity of monies a few weeks back..., we really are in the mire on this one.
Government is looking at ways to help firms hire staff but large firms are letting staff go in the thousands...

agreed john46, i know an estate agent and he's claiming rentals prices have risen...i was surprised.

john46, good comments however i was listening to the radio today and broadcaster was reporting nothing but positive s about the housing markets. Apparently the, estate agents, had been inundated with enquires leading to a backlog of viewings.
Whether or not this results in viewings following up and results in sales is yet to be seen..
UK was in lockdown so probably people looking for property with gardens, grounds etc...as they had been stuck in an apartment maybe..?

when i stated "rally, i refer to the wider markets, UKX, Wall st, as for Lloy coming from 27p...ish to to day levels is ok but not exactly overwhelming when you look other in the sector and the rise from there lows..
Also the loans are government backed and the balance sheet is strong why are no II's averaging down, buying in etc @ these lows...?

no doubt about it, it has been a great rally but ALL rally's come to an end sooner or later and considering that this was was during a lockdown makes it more likely it is a Bear rally...
