Can’t see why the positivity here. Basically the groups facility has been cut, margin has been whacked up and no dividends allowed without lender approval
Could be a good entry point, but all depends on the US economy. UK stocks are probably priced attractively now, but much of the US still seems over valued and can see it getting much worse there yet which will drag the U.K. down further.
What I find concerning at the moment is that markets have dropped a considerable amount here but I the US seems to still be over valued. When the US drops another 20-30% or more it’s going to have a knock on effect here. If US stocks to have a real collapse and it follows to some extent here i think that will be the time to jump in.
Can still buy at 0.85p worth a small punt?

Topped up this morning. Things seem to be getting hammered every time results or an update are not completely positive in every way. Overall it’s positive news today with just the odd negative comment.
Shareholders will accept the offer, question is will another bidder be pushed into action now?

I was in this but dumped it for a bit of a loss as soon as the invasion started. I can’t see this clearing up anytime soon, unless someone gets rid of Putin.

Nothing particularly wrong with this company, Just in the midst of a major market correction/crash which is yet to be seen. Many things behind it, Russia-Ukraine, US interest rates/debt levels, covid hitting most of the world hard, cryptos falling…..etc
