Now had a couple of weeks back in Ecuador and will give you my view for what its worth. Lasso appears to have done an excellent job re vaccination program and that was his priority promise so gained his first feather in his cap. To complete his second priority promise he needs to attract significant investment into the mining industry here and will gain his second feather in cap. He needs the cudos of a big boy so obvious candidates would be BHP, Newcrest, Newmont, Barrick, AA, or Lundin etc if the Chinese dont beat them all to it ! Although Solgold has by far the best portfolio of concessions here in Ecuador there are plenty ofother juniors here with great concessions and ripe for takeovers or JVs. INV Metals(now Dundee), Lucky, Lumina, Solaris,Salazar,Yamana, Sunstone etc to name a few. My point being Solgold needs to get their finger out and deliver before big boys dollars got to other juniors via buy outs or JVs
