Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
It's been over a year and the BOD haven't released the name of a single interested party, no asset values and no list of the assets on offer.
I'm happy to hold, even for another year if needed, however surely it can't be much longer till the BOD are forced to release some detail or Risk a shareholder Revolt!
Remember it's us, the shareholders, who decide which directors get to sit on the board and what options they have once they are there. The lack of transparency causes lack of new investors willing to buy in which is the main reason the SP has crashed in the few months.
It could be that the BOD are being exceptionally thorough or even Clever in which case fair play to them, however there is always the chance that they aren't.
Now up to 45,692,721 shares for the board £4.8m at 10.5p combined value.

The SP has changed, some of the Investors have changed
THE SCIENCE IS THE SAME, REMEMBER WHY YOU INVESTED IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST NOISE.
News is absolutely needed here soon. SP will just keep dropping away until news is delivered, to be honest I'm happy to be able to buy at these prices especially as I have faith in N4p.
N4p has never really been concerned with shareholders, unless they are trying to raise, however even for them this long period of Total silence is disappointing.
Still more than happy to add and wait but it's so frustrating!
This company really is a joke. Paul couldn't stop talking about the global tech company and Triller contract and pretty much single handedly ramped this share up to 3.5p only to then stab loyal investors in the back by raising at 2.5p! since then the SP has been in freefall.
The recent director buys are another slap in the face for anyone who invested on his baseless promises. Its going to back fire on him though, 7Dig need cash to progress and they simply haven't got it. Its all well and good them saying that they expect their 2 big shareholders to help them out but really how much can they put in? Also that's just more dilution to those already invested! Those who invested at 2.5p can't be happy with Paul's performance so far.
The secrecy around the contracts is pathetic. They could easily produce a quarterly report stating we have signed X amount of contracts with a total revenue of Y amount. That wouldn't give away any trade secrets or contract amounts and may give investors confidence to Invest.
He needs to stop falsely bigging up the contracts he signs with start ups. The new Spanish fitness company has a tiny value and Apex rides hasn't lived up to hopes. Apex has sold only 1247 bikes has less than 5000 downloads on Apple with only 52 reviews and the app STILL ISNT AVAILABLE ON ANDRIOD!!
Paul talks a decent game but if he doesn't deliver at least half decent results in September then I think he may be asked to step down. I think these director buys are a prelude to a raise, I think 7dig will release a couple more positive RNS in the next few weeks to try and push up the SP and then do another raise.
Hello again, I've been away for a while but have been reading regularly. Please try and remember that it isn't the fault of any PI on this board that Hemogenyx is going through such a difficult time. The constant ramping and personal attacks by some and the constant deramping and negativity by others just makes this board a very unwelcome place to visit. If we could just stick to actual verifiable facts and drop the insults and personal attacks then we may be able to do what these boards were first set up to do which is to help investors share real information and hopefully learn something new every now and again.
Just be nice to each other or least treat each other with a little more respect.
