Ironmighty - Suzy said to me yesterday (and I posted a portion of her reply) that they want the extra shares allotted incase an opportunity arises that they can take advantage of.

I have recently revealed my identity to Adam so you can speculate all you want buddy but you are wrong about who i am.

I am asking a serious question not insinuating anything at all.

TDK - that’s exactly what she told me yesterday.

So at the AGM is there a real possibility share holders could vote Suzy out of her position? If so who else could replace her? Adam may not be able to take her place or be willing and even if he does that it will then limit his communication level with us as share holders…. Do we really want that?

Maybe a better solution would be to give Suzy a deadline of completing the deal or we vote her out…. Maybe by the AGM is too soon.

I’m just hashing out ideas here!

PM2022 - I totally agree, lab first, prove the concept then raise again at a higher price.

Iceman888 - I just emailed Suzy this evening and her reply in part was….

“We have requested additional headroom to provide flexibility so that if any opportunities come up that are right for us (right financially, right scientifically, right timing), then we can be in a position to negotiate”

I think this is the reason why she has requested the potential to allot more shares if needed.

At the bottom it gives highlights but doesn’t specifically mention how many acquisitions they plan on making.

I know the broker notes talked about making further acquisitions but I read that as something else. I thought the resolutions are about the BOD being able to release new shares without further approval.

PM2022 - yep I’ve read that. Just not sure where some have read that Val have 4 acquisition targets?

I’m guessing you have all found these resolutions somewhere on the Val website. Can someone drop a link please as I can’t see them.

Iceman888 - agreed. After emailing Adam the other day I’m certain he feels as we do and has tried and will continue to voice our concerns because I think many of our concerns he has also.

I agree we need to be united hence why I have personally decided to improve my comms here.

TDK - yeah me too. Makes no sense to do anything other than build one first and then get that profitable first.

PJ666 - I was sure I hadn’t missed anything but some posters were talking about multiple labs being launched which would be stupid. Val need to prove they can make one lab work first.

My thinking is I think it is Mark who is our seller but why have we not been notified via a tr1 yet because if it is in fact him then surely he should have Benn notified by now.
