I don't think the company will allow that .and with import costs would not be viable . Next few days are crucial if we have no update then logical is right they will just let it take it's cause .but let's be positive .until we have the RNS we can but dream.

I'm starting to get the needle now ,it time max came straight to the point .in or out .seem to be keeping us on the treadmill ,it could turn out a belter .i hope we are in the loop . On a serious note from the chat I had with the guy at max he said they were doing there utmost to keep this alive ,you have Aim then solicitors- contracts agreements .i live in hope as if I think it was over he would have stated I'm sorry no comment .we need a RNS in the next few days with a very good reason for delay .or we de -list But only time will tell .our Money is there,we just can't get to it .

Let's hope max does not come up short or we could be out of pocket .monday morning I will be holding on to the seat of my pants .lets hope they turn up with a great RNS .

I suppose it depends on circumstance ,and how aim takes it .i also found out that one of max major share holders is connected to AGR so it is in there interest to keep this alive and not loose there money .

I phoned max again today in the afternoon and spoke to an advisor ,he said they were taking every step and in talks with aim to keep this alive ,I think they have a few loose ends that need to be addressed but are trying to resolve this . Believe what you want ,I think if they were going to de list he would have said no comment .hopefully we will get an update next week.

I called max yesterday and was told that today was the last day for RNS but told me I should ring stifel Nicolas as they deal with release !just called them this morning they told me no one was in yet to talk to me should be some one here in an hour .what a joke .

I can understand your situation a friend took a stroke who was perfectly fit ,he is still in hospital making good progress But as you say it puts all this into perspective.
