I have no doubt that the cpr will be good but what is not acceptable is stating a date when it will be announced then revising that and not even sticking to that date, Markets don't like that sort of thing. I am sure they realise all the steps that need to be taken to get this CPR out if so DONT MISS A DEADLINE... smacks of either incompetence or lack of care to the shareholders. which is it

Let me explain. oil at $72 per barrel at a cost of $32 is $40 profit, at $100 the profit is near $70 per barrel
