With the Acquisition completing next month + CPR in Feb I am hoping to be very close to 15p then.
With other acquisitions and reported flows we should be ahead of that before the summer.

the lack of CPR (twice delayed) is not a good sign of how Zeph are managed, if they cant get this out what else are the inefficient at doing, that's how the market looks at it. that's why te share price is sliding. all this rubbish that something else must be happening behind the scenes is irrelevant, what would anything stop the release of a positive CPR report, not even a takeover would stop it, in fact it would be better to have one from that point of view. pathetic

PANR have a history of screwing up drilling ops.. just look at Louisiana API of 40. and flowed just 100 bopd, what a joke

Even if its a takeover that would cause a delay.. no they have just missed the deadline AGAIN. that is why the share price isn't already 10p.. markets don't like being disappointed like missing announcement deadlines...

Te recently bought assets were acquired with a cost of $14 per barrel to produce so the gross profit of that 1000 bopd is around $90 per barrel or $90,000 per day GP or $32 mill per year all for the cost of $36 mill to buy, a great bit of business in hindsight, but who could have forecast the events... so with a combined cost to produce of around $22 per barrel on 2000 bopd we are looking at around $80 per barrel profit or $160k per day or $57,600,000 per year...... whats zeph market cap??? share price will be £1 by xmas or we will be owned by someone else
