The change of auditor excuse doesn't sit well with me. The auditor merged. They most likely still have the same people on the GST accounts. Just seems odd, hopefully nothing in it though.

Annoyingly T212 had trouble filling my order and did it in 5 tranches. Got some at 24.p but most at 25.5p. It was only £2k top up as well.

It is very simple. They have (in GST opinion) done something in breach of contract. The agreement they had probably had an arbitration clause. The costs of arbitration are likely to be minimal compared to litigation. If we win we get whatever cash we are owed by the wrongdoers plus our costs. If we lose, we lose our costs (minimal). Not even an issue at all. The RNS was probably due to regs. FFS.

I have been researching EEE's rights over the land at Pitfield and the provisions of the Mining Act 1978.

EEE as Exploration Licence holders have priority for a mining lease subject to a successful application.

The application appears to hinge upon (1) compliance with the terms of the exploration licence (presumably a tick), a mining proposal (presumably starting work on that), a JORC-compliant MRE (likely soon), Native title and heritage (centuries old farm land - unlikely to be an issue) and environmental reports (presumably have been working towards these as we have progressed).

So, get the MRE and a decent mining plan together and we should be able to apply to DEMIRS (or whatever the new name is) for the mining licence.

Is this a fair summary of where we are at, or have I missed anything?

Hopefully, but I can't see why it is hard to time an entry point at this level. They have missed when it dipped under 6p and is now rising albeit very slowly, so they should start piling in about now.

No one was expecting Semnet listing today. The RNS can only affect Semnet in a couple of ways that I can think of:

1) Compo from those GST are taking to arbitration.

2) Some negative effects from the actions of those people that have somehow jeopardised Semnet (no evidence of this).

Indeed, I have invested very heavily (for my means) since about 18 months ago. I have looked at all possible scenarios from 1-10. From 1 being the biggest scam ever to 10 being early retirement and the best result for my kids. I am taking a personal gamble, but I think it is a well thought out and calculated one. Much thanks to you ML as you have filled in many gaps along the way and reinforced what you might call instincts and gut feelings with cold hard facts and very reasoned assessments.

Working my way through the old videos. For those without patience minutes 20 - 22 of the second video are what you need to know about SB and this company. Not much earlier the interviewer also referred to them ditching projects and burning cash unecessarily. The full speed ahead on this project fits well in that scenario.

Thanks ML, I saw the RNS as very positive in that we are pushing on past the MRE. I did a little research on the new hires but not to the degree that you have set out - so thank you for that.

Your suggestion this morning that we must have some early results from the drilling that support the MRE resonated. I did (devil's advocate) query to myself whether we would have had those when deciding upon these hires but (devil's advocate hat off) I also considered the chances of the new drills not being similar to the previous to be slim.

This is just excellent and consistent progress by the BOD and I remain massively optimistic.

Agree entirely, given the potential a few pence up or down now is largely irrelevant. Baring massive unforeseen issues the sp will be £'s not pence.
