Good morning. I have already tabled questions regarding the agri deal, REE (2011 since wen silence) and dividends. I will try and ask on the day about the MOU Hydro Electric. Do you mean by bigger market expansion in China etc or going for a main listing? The other matters I think are for a quiet word afterwards if he is open for that (like last year).

I am keeping an open mind on this. Either there will be a take out and Gibraltar's theory is right that Numis have been appointed because there is a conflict of interest. Or there is the main market route which would need a free float of 25% and an IPO may be the way to that. I have already supplied some questions to the company for the AGM via its PR company. Since I intend to go is there anything that anyone wishes me to put forward as a question?

I do not see the appointment as ducks being lined up as Gibraltar thinks. More one of business as usual and if anything drive for the company expanding - but where and how? Ebola is on the wane, dry mines being constructed and the agricultural business in part farmed out. One thing that I am sure about is that the company is undervalued.

It looked as if Pala were picking up loose stock and with pis appearing to buy some the share price rose and then stayed steady until the last two trading sessions. Where is this stock coming from if indeed Pala are mopping up?

We will have to research Carmanor to see what they bring to the table. I thought that the agri business news had gone quiet. I suspect that Carmanor bring good expertise and that SRX management realised their short comings regarding agriculture. I.E. know more about sands than palm oil. Having said that, as you have pointed out in the past palm oil is big business. I have a question. Does SRX or Carmanor control collection of revenues on that part of the agri business "hived off".

Ninedoors - some time ago Gibraltar 1 stated on this thread that he was down One million sterling. I believe that that deficit has improved this past 6 weeks. I have already given my view that Gibraltar 1 is right that could well be a purchase of the company by Pala or a third party; his view today is that the end of Ebola may trigger the start of the sale process if the remaining iis are in a agreement at at a given price. My backstop position is that the company does not entertain a sale but starts declaring dividends. Something has to happen to give holders including and the iis a good return.
