I do not follow ARS myself but I see references to it and when appropriate I look at its announcements. What Georgian has is a reconstituted board; it has to be given a chance to perform and therefore I advocate patience. If time passes and there is no decent news then have go. I think that you are being a bit harsh artyth. There have been some good appointments over the past four and a bit months. First Mike Struthers in December as COO who was with Lundin Mining for 6 years; he has stepped up to be CEO. Neil O'Brien formerly with Lundin Mining for 13 years has stepped up to become non-exec chairman. And recently Simon Cleghorn has been appointed; to my mind he can work with the JV partners. They must see a decent future. I do agree however that it would be good to learn the results of the current drilling and any general informative comment that the board can impart.

The demand for copper and probable shortage of copper in the future is well documented. That said what investors are interested in is when will the production agreement be signed, when will there be a resource update and when will production begin. Without wishing to appear facetious, only successful producing mines fill a shortage vacuum.

Greg Kuenzel may have had a lot to help with putting matters together. I am here for the fundamentals. There appears to be little stock about since this has moved ahead so far this week on little buying.

I agree with you. They are unlikely to have signed up Simon Cleghorn if the production agreement was not going to be signed. With his work on the Madneuli mine he will know the JV partners' ways and if he is popular with them and the workforce that will help blend the JV partners. What I look forward to is the outcome from the drilling, updated resource and formal signature of the agreement. If the resource and quality of resource is as some are inferring the current price should turn out to be low.

What may be affecting your view of the price are the AT trades. If you do not know what AT stands for you there are ways to research that. But if a sell order is put on the book say and the price obtained is 25 pence then that will be the mid price shown. If in stead that were a buy at 25.5 then that will be the headline price shown. The .5 difference is the spread but to the observer the price can look as if it is yo yoing during the day. Whilst I am a great fan of Dundas the real prize may turn out in time to be Disko.

I do not look on Bluejay as a trading stock and so it might not be for you. I have a substantial holding which I view as an investment. Horses for courses I would say.

The answer to the question about where the sp could go is better answered by what the board intends to do with Dundas in due course. If, as I anticipate, all the hurdles are crossed and we get an exploitation permit (I know of no reason why we should not get it), the board will need to decide whether the asset should be sold to a larger player or whether to retain it as an income earner with dividends in mind. The ceo has already indicated that he intends to move Disko and presumably other assets out of Bluejay into NewCo as a defensive move in case an offer is made for the capital of JAY; he does not want to lose the other assets. It is felt that Disko could be a better asset than Dundas in due course, although as today's RNS states, echoing a comment that the ceo made in a recent interview, a partner would be needed to help explore and exploit Disko. Disko has been compared to Norilsk in Siberia. A city of 175,000+ people has been built "around" Norilsk.

We have imo one of the largest deposits of ilmenite in the world but probably the purest and homogeneous deposits in the world with the greatest ease of extraction in the world. As with all mining ventures there r=are hurdles to cross like EIAs and SIAs DFSs and an application for an exploitation permit. The recent JORC only reflects part of what Dundas has.

You appear to have missed the recent RNS. Whilst I agree with you that the board have been gradually putting the pieces together might I suggest that you look at the recent RNS which sets out the recent extension of land and advises the market that there will be a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) and that should be released soon. Also look at the April 18 presentation on the company's website presentation which also gives an update. If the PEA contains good figures we may well get a re-rate in the share price. My view, but DYOR, is that the stock is undervalued. SP Angel have a value of 13.8 pence per share against a current mid price of 4.30 pence. I am also invested in Georgian Mining (GEO). I disagree with your view. GEO recently announced board changes. The company now has two highly experienced former Lundin directors on board; the jv is signed and from what I can gather from Manlord on the LSE thread things are moving forward - one of today's posts by him is informative. GEO could also re-rate having been hammered by previous uncertainty.

He was the ceo of Greenland Minerals ASX - GGG - he knows Greenland and the Greenland authorities know him, The decision to discard the sands licence(s) that Alba has would have been made for reasons other than suggested by you; for geological, practical, logistical and commercial reasons. A) Alba's sands licences are not as good as those licences owned by Bluejay B) Imo Alba does not have the money to progress the Thule licences let alone their other licences

Interesting that Jennings sees Alba at only 2 to 3 pence by the end of 2018. I would be very wary of Jennings' opinions.

Maybe Horse Hill will make Alba shareholders sufficient monies to fund progression of Alba's ilmenite licence. Good luck but that thought will not persuade me to invest in Alba. I wish you well with your Alba investment.

You have no doubt seen that JAY raised 17 million from Tier 1 investors to see it through to production (SIA,EIA,DFS,application for a permit to produce and infrastructure0 and to assist with Disko exploration and general expenses). That has left JAY with 850 million shares issued. If Alba were to raise a similar amount first I note that it has no Tier 1 investors but also at 3 pence per share it would have to place 566,666,600 shares.

I am guessing that you are referring to the ilmenite concession that ALBA has in Greenland. If so, why should JAY take a position in ALBA when JAY had the area which now forms the area under the ALBA sands permit in NW Greenland and discarded it? Or do you think that the board of JAY is interested in a gold mine in Wales?

Thank you for your replies. Manlord; the link which you posted largely answers my concern which is that if Caucasian Mining Co (CMC) failed in its obligations it would be extremely difficult to enforce any judgment or order against it. Therefore it would be important to see the agreement that governs the JV. A question which you might wish to ask is whether in the event of a default on the part of CMC, GEO takes over its 50% interest thus giving GEO 100% control. Secondly what in the event of dispute are the arbitration procedures. Thirdly in the event of a decision by the arbitrator in favour of GEO how can that decision be enforced and finally what protection is there for GEO shareholders from a seizure by the local authorities of the project. It boils down to balancing the risk of investing in a potentially friendless jurisdiction against enjoying the benefits of success resulting from efforts by the GEO management.

Perhaps you can assist. I am currently not a holder but am attracted to the stock. The management of Georgian is transparent although the company is registered in the BVI. 1. What do you now about the jv partner Caucasian Mining? Registered office; board. background etc 2. Which company will operate the prospect? 3. If Caucasian who is the geologist and miner in charge?
