dsfat - I know what Bluejay have. I have been invested since early spring of 2016. I have studied it, watched the steps that the company has taken to get where it is, the care it has taken to comply with environmental and social matters, watched the money raises (I was myself invested in the December 2016 placing) and so on.
I have in the past lost money in investments where I have relied on the stated intentions ceos/exec chairmen which have not been fulfilled for a variety of reasons.
Thus when I read some saying that, just because Alba has a licence for a property on which there is ilmenite (a licence previously held by Bluejay which its board rejected after further examination) which is close to Bluejay's Dundas area and that Alba's licence must be worth far more than the market is giving credit for because Bluejay is worth Y, I feel compelled to suggest that that approach may be wrong.
At some stage I will summarise what Bluejay has done and what in effect Alba will need to do in order to get into a similar position. In short, even if TBS were in the right geographical position, which it is not imo for several reasons, the amount of money that will need to be spent is such that the dilution will be enormous.
That dilution will then impact on any other asset which might have value (HH in point although I have not studied HH) and that makes Alba for me a most unattractive investment.
Some pooh poohed my suggestion yesterday that permafrost was hampering Alba's drilling programme with its two lightweight auger drills. If Alba cannot drill sufficient cores to effect a proper sampling examination, that has to be an important handicap for starters.
And so if I can help investors avoid or mitigate some of the mistakes which I have made in the past so be it.
In my view TBS will not succeed and the company will move on from it. If it does succeed with TBS and I am wrong, I will be amongst the first to apologise and you can remind me at the time!!
In the meantime good luck to you but do research your investment backwards forwards and all ways around. Also I would suggest keep following the Bluejay story.
