Hi AEM, I know you are childish... I mean you drive a Nissan, even my daughter who had a Nissan moved on. And she is a big kid......... Just to give you an idea of my daughter, she now drives a Mazda. Can that get worst. Well I drive a grotty pea
Lindoser, I didn't mean you, your question to phoenix was legitimate, as yes unanswered..... However, stressed out was................ I don't know what he was trying to achieve, from my understanding he has sold his investment in Watchstone. ATB
OK - I will try to aviod a graveyard
Calling names never helps -- so please grow up. Have a good day
Hi Matt, I now know the reason for the price drop towards the end of last week. On Thursday 21st there was an article in the Times - suggesting time to take profits, of course there were a few sells. David
Hi Matt, OK now I am complaining................ share price has fallen for 3 days. Any reason? Cheers David
Hello GS, I agree - it's shameful how a company's share price can be manipulated. Far to easy. PI's just can't win....
Hello if only............... Just for info: Richard Read is the chairman of Watchstone. So one and the same
Hello Grumps Just a quick note re: FEVR -- on Monday I decided to sell --- it has been a great time to hold but.............. NOT ADVICE. Totally your decision Cheers DAR
Reasonable assessment, however you missed the words LONG SUFFERING SHAREHOLDERS, therefore they will moan
Hi AEM, Yes I read that statement.. However for me -- the question on reading interim accounts, Is would I invest in a company? And on reading the Watchstone interim and Richard's statement is no......... OK the share price has risen today by 5p
Hi Lindoser, The word Oscar comes to mind when reading Richards statement : )) I feel the need for a musical.............. The interim's were expected --- nor far from being useless. We continue to wait ---- but I am not sure for what.................
Hi Matt, Just looked at the current sp which has risen today to £5.60 over 4%. Can you offer an explanation... And no I am not complaining. Cheers David
All very good theories and as GS said only time will tell. The thing that slightly puzzle me is WTG seemingly lack of response to SGH not releasing the monies held in escrow. I would be "jumping up and down" Why silence from WTG
morning Lindoser and Phoenix, You are both correct I did become of a member of this board in December 2015. However I was aware of the antics of Quindell from March 2014. As previously mentioned I attended TW shows each year. In April 2014 TW was "warning" everybody who listened of Quindell and the following year (2015) TW was "congratulating himself" on his "foresight" in 2014 at highlighting everybody of Quindell. TW likes the sound of his voice.
You want a title for Tom W...................... Well how about - arise SERF TW. And Phoenix - comparable to Baldrick...........
Hi Matt, As if by thought along - there was analysts upgrade yesterday - Berenberg Bank to £5.85 - Bring it on. ATB David
Hi all, Whilst we are on the subject of TW. For the past few years I have gone to his show in spring, UK Investor's show, however at the moment I probably won't. The reason is as oppose to previous year, TW is charging an entry fee, at the moment I think is £12.00. I enjoy going to the Investment show, (if it's free) but paying to hear TW. NO WAY ATB
Hello Matt, I am working on the forecast for 2017 and 2018. The forecast for Dec: 2017 was £169.23 mill: with a profit of £30 mill: The forecast for Dec: 2018 was £177.51 mill: with a profit of £33.79. The interim accounts - to 30th June 2017 show a turnover £86.90 mill: with a profit of £15.30 mill: Therefore in my mind RST are on line to achieve / exceed their own forecasts. And yes the key is analysts upgrade. David
Hi email, The situation with SGH won't affect WTG for some time. And I agree the interim's should give a clearer picture of WTG as off 30th June. The company needs to look forward and I for one would expect more from the Board of Directors advising the pi's of the status of WTG
