It's the start of the journey..could be faiway to go..and I'm sure Dan will want to be involved with this until real data can command true value.

IPOs are always over inflated broker ratings

Plus the BioTech markets have been annihilated these past years.. generally because of funding needed and the rise in percentages of failed trials..

Imo if the partner in discussions likes what they see a licence deal will secure funding to get this into clinical trials.

With nfx securing a percentage of royalties on future deals.

True value won't be sought anywhere near at this point in time.

Its just traders blowing things out of proportions on expected revenue pitches.

What it would mean for nfx going forward is funding secured for next phase of trials and life being brought back to the SP.

Hope Dan can pull this off

Its good to see his and other directors commitment.

The only thing that puzzles me here is why everything is being left to last minute and why the lack of interest before.

I think alot pi's are forgetting this is only preclinical.. it's not even started the tenuous expensive course of phase 1a/b 2/ 3 trials yet.

Just imagine what might have occurred if the MSC trail & valkor agreement wasn't signed off before the fundraise...

I imagine the sp would have been on its bottom again at ATL..

Then there's the discount..so what we currently raised would have looked more like 1.15b share dilution so far!

The retail offer is just a small incentive..they've had a few through the years..never once have witnessed them giving you more than you have been allocated.

On a positive note though at least this time around you'll be buying at a decent discount instead of being able to buy at the same price or lower in the past🤗

Happy to load up more today average still only 2.4 so I'm happy alot more profit will be forecoming before the real action starts.
