I've been in plenty of 80% COS drills and they've come up duster even when spending tens of millions surveys.

Even if the area is a proven resource like ADV/IOG &BCE/hex it's still a case of hitting the sweet spot in the reservoir.

Hex is an example in the clink well .. they know helium is beneath the ground but drills can be problematic.

Luckily there's a few drills planned..lets hope it doesn't end up like HE1!
