Fund borrowing the shares over .5 % have to declare their intentions .they borrow the shares off say a fund that's holding the shares long term( that fund charges say 1.% for 4 months so gets extra income out of its shares ) The borrowing fund sells them when they like, and theirs little to stop the talking to other hedge funds doing the same that way they can orchestrate a culmination of downward selling

Good luck to all but too risky for me at present . I've done a bit of trading to exit from here. I just think too hold into results is too much and the fear of the trap door. As someone said recently they could kitchen sink the results and I dont like the fact they are reporting 2 months late. Will keep an eye here and possibly buy when things come clearer.
