Like everyone, I'm not happy about this, especially after all these years.

However, what else where they to do.

Everything was placed on Red last year and it came up Black, or not black as the case maybe!

Funds needed to be raised. It's actually not too much of a shock. And, I know that the price is already pants, but to get it done at almost the current price is, well not quite what I'd call a bonus, but it could have been worse.

I won't be taking part in this one, I'll sit and wait another 2 - 3 years to see if there is any positive outcome.

Morning guys, I got the same letter as MMA99. I too wondered what it was about.

Are they testing the waters? Not everyone getting a letter says to me that this might be the start of a plan. Who knows maybe for a sale of the company.

They own half of the company as I recall. That's at 10p. When buying at that price they must have believed that there was a tidy profit to be had.

One thing I want to raise is the recent pledge by NATO nations to raise their spending. This may bring a lot of business SND's way?
