Under the disclosure rules (which is the law) does anyone one know if this was an RNS, I cannot see it � shame they cannot be honest?

It is also strange that he is happy to put his name (enlarged name) to other companies, including DotDigital where he is also Chairman (and properly registered) but he is not named on companies house on REDS? As chairman surely he has to be a registered director, it is even more strange that he is manipulating his own name!!!!! The only reason I can imagine that his name is not on this company is that he does not believe in it himself, what other reason is there for it. I keep going on about the rules, the law, London stock exchange disclosures and transparency - where is Winnifrith when you need him to point the law out, Sheriff ?

It is disgraceful that the BOD cannot even give an update stating there is a delay and to the reason why. That's why shareholders are selling and the SP is starting to go into freefall. AGAIN!!!!!!!! A delay can only mean more bad news IMO and I expect that the auditors are not allowing the BOD to make the statements they wish.
