You are 100% right toastal, I said right at the start that there should be a dividend payment for the shareholders.

This software space is getting crowded as well, big companies with big pockets will consume the market as they have the power and resource / programmers to get the product out there.

£20m would not even touch the sides in this sector and you would need to spend that on Google alone - not that there will be £20m left anyway, expect at least half of that is gone now with more smoke and mirrors of deal costs and cr*p like that. (Which is hiding the real problems that this company had)

The problem is people have just worked out that the price they sold the business for was (at that time) under the market cap of the whole company and what is left is a loss making software business when you take all of the group plc costs and the costs that are left that will come with it. - Stinks???

FB has basically tries to pull a fast one, thinks he has got away with it in the short term and is being rumbled. There must of been something really bad that they needed to avoid sharing.

As for MB, he needs to join the magic club as he disappeared right in front of our eyes overnight...

You are correct IMO - shareholders are getting shafted here.

I am not sure I really get this, there is supposed to be a significant amount of cash coming, no sign of shareholder dividend (would be nice) but instead keep the money, I expect paying off loads of debt so wonder how much will be left after this and of course the normal special director payments giving themselves a pat on the back. Then the on-going business is largely reduced and cannot possibly pay for the group overheads as well as its own, so it is loss making now. How long before the money runs out and they are back raising more cash for �another deal� Pathetic�.. Oh, and BTW I see MB salary has increased by 50% over last year�s�.. �432k... wow

I think the problem is that the price is already now built in from the previous news so hopefully there is not anyone out there waiting to sell on what will likely be a higher volume trading day.

Definitely an opportunity, it is not buying though and will be lucky to hold onto this side of 90p today. From the previous "ahead of expectation" news I expect the uplift in share price is already built in, now there is a month without further news so going to drop further over the coming weeks, then they will announce the results in what we already know so it is not going to make any difference. I am saying possibly 50p by early July.

Yes a dream land on the companies money. Perhaps he deserves a pay rise, �365k per year seems very low for someone of his talent - LOL ((more like �3.65 an hour Mark!!!!!!)

There is also the topic of valuation, lets say the results state a �3m EBIT - that means we are valued at well over 7 times the current market cap. IMO Reds are at 4-6 times at best so even at the current share price it is over valued? I think the share price and valuation is levelling itself and it will go to about 65p and sit there at what the actual value of the company. If there is good news, which is what everyone is hoping for then there will be more sells than buys as the volume of trades will allow the bigger players to offload and get the hell out of here.

Does anyone know if a company is not fully transparent, or hides things, or ignores its shareholders, or just simply states an update will be xyz date and misses it (just like what is happening here now) That the company, the auditors and perhaps even the directors themselves or senior management as shadow directors can be liable personally and or via their public liability insurance. Any views as the share price has and continues to fall so proving damage could be very easy. Where there is blame, there is a claim?

When is the last day the Company has to release the results, July?, my wager is that is when they will be released so a long way to go. In the meantime free fall continues!!!!! My double or quit wager is the Company and the Auditors are in battle on what to say, and more importantly how to say it. TRANSPARENCY is what is needed now I am afraid.
