As of April this year, approximately 70% of shares were held by nominee accounts.

If, and I say if, the majority of PI’s who have this amount of shares that are held in nominee accounts decide to vote against a potential takeover offer, how would it be passed?

Surely in 18 months time this has got to be worth 6p, which is what I would want now, to vote FOR any offer.

Personally, I don’t have a problem with saying “when I see stupid, I recognise stupid”. I would suggest if that is upsetting, the World is even more woke than I thought.

There are plenty of stupid people who spend hours posting on this board, with their illiterate boring musings, who clearly need to find a creative pastime, or at the very least, learn how to spell.

I feel sorry for the early investors in Kefi. I was fortunate to start building my holdings in 2022.

But let’s be honest; if the average time to get a mine built is something like 16 years, (ignoring the instability in the country), did you really never think that dilutions and fund raises wouldn’t occur?

Harry has been economical with the truth, to say the least, but he’s had to. He needed to, to keep the show on the road.

But he’s done it now.

TK build, to a certain extent, is out of his hands.

I have no doubt that you will get your investment back, and more besides…….you deserve it.
