POG at around $1724 - down approx. 1% today. I wouldn't call that 'very bad', not to the extent that GCAT is down 6.9% today. Also underwater suedee5 at ave. 1.3p, very frustrating indeed. 250oz/pm not great (from ops update 2Q2022) considering they are aiming for 2000oz/pm. Still only 1 year old so early days. GLA, Dan

If anyone is interested, from the RNS today;

'LEKOIL (AQSE: LEK), the Cayman Islands litigation asset company with an investment in oil & gas assets in Nigeria, wishes to announce a development in the litigation commenced by Mr Akinyanmi in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He alleged (amongst other things) breach of contract in the termination of his employment contract in an attempt to set off such sums against the amounts owing under the CEO Loan.



The Company announced on 14 June 2022 that it had successfully challenged Mr. Akinyanmi's choice of the New Jersey state court forum as improper to hear the claim and the claim would be stayed until further notice pending arbitration. Mr Akinyanmi has now appealed the decision of the court. The Company will fight this appeal.'

from 6th June 2022 rns;
'An updated resource from Kilimapesa Hill is expected at the end of Q2 2022.' So not 'will be'. Are we just expecting something that was not promised, going by this rns ?

Also found these two statements a bit odd;

'· The third batch of RC assay results are due to be delivered to the laboratory in the first week of June. These will include samples from holes on the western extent of Kilimapesa Hill and the mining licence.

· The RC rig is scheduled to move off Kilimapesa Hill in the first week of June and begin drilling campaigns on the first of three prioritised regional targets on the exploration licence.'
